Subway

Worst Subway in Sapulpa. Last two times I was in there the girl was having a rough time so I tried cheering her up, but she wasn't having it. She makes the sloppiest sandwiches and she messed up my order both times. Go to the one on Main st, they're much better at making food and they don't look like they want to kill themselves.

I ordered a dozen cookies and was set to pick them up the next day. The crew member had to call his boss to see if it was fine and to see if I could use my phone coupon. I did not speak with her but she seemed as clueless as he did. After about twenty minutes we were all on the same page. When I went to pick them up the crew member had no clue to what I was talking about. So I left with no cookies. I am glad I did not pay for them and as a former Subway manager myself, I am ashamed of the lack of communication and organization. Good news though, the store was clean.

They were out of all of the breads except white or wheat. The white bread tasted old and stale. They were out of carved turkey breast and the cookies my daughter wanted. We placed our order online then when my husband went to pick it up had to change everything. We love Subway but we just paid $40 for food that wasn't what we wanted and the quality was terrible. We will never visit this location again.

Wow... used the app at 1pm yo place an order for 4 sandwiches. Arrived at the location at 1:20pm one one person on staff and she was helping other customers. On our order she I guess started making the first sandwhich and just left it sitting to help others. At 1:31pm we finally got helped however while helping other people she sat out started sandwhich next to her handwashing sink. And kept rinsing off her knife around it and using paper towels to dry the knife. When it got our turn she started using that bread and stuff and i politely asked her not to because i didnt think it was very sanitary. Also while waiting my wife had to use the restroom. The lights were broken in the bathroom so she had to use her phone as a flash light. Then there were no paper towels to dry her hands. So the entire experience took over 40 minutes. Why is this store staffed with only one person on fathers day. I understand most dont prolly think subway but it's still a business and will still have every day customers to be taking care of. If someone called out then store management should be coming in to help as that is there responsibility, as for my wife and myself we will not return to this location.

Girl with glasses in the morning is extremely rude, unfriendly, and can't even make a descent sandwich. Its a shame because i work down the street but would rather drive to the other location in Sapulpa because they have great service. Don't waste your money here, at least when this particular individual is in the clock.
