Food is almost always delicious, the wait time is just insane. I love whataburger, but why...why half an hour wait times. Sometimes just seems like the staff doesn't care enough to hustle. On the other hand sometimes they hustle, smile and overall care so much that it shows! They just need to do that more consistently.
Update:still not fast, but the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Strip Sandwich is BOMB. can't go wrong with spicy Ketchup either 😋

It was very pleasant, the older lady who took my order was very cheerful. Most of the staff who i could see working looked to be very happy and not miserable because they were at work.
When im back near there i will be eating there again

This place serves some of the best food. Wait times are a bit longer than they should be for fast food. The quality of food definitely makes up for it.

Sapulpa Oklahoma. Running a morning shift with three people. 20 minutes for a biscuit. How does this even happen? The general manager or the assistant manager should have been called in to assist. Whataburger is always slow but this is ridiculous!

I tend to go there very early in the morning on my way to work and it has been routinely disappointing. With the wait times I would honestly save time on my commute if I just cooked at home before I left.
My last four experiences were, ordered ahead online, still took 30 minutes, we're out of several of the items in my order of which I was not informed of until after the 30-minute wait of which I had to wait in additional time. For the substitutions to be made.
They forgot my hash browns, silverware,
Dropped my chicken after already waiting for it 10 minutes, they did substitute it with a higher value chicken item that they already had prepared but it was more gristle than chicken in the end
Forgot my hash browns and silverware yet again.
I'm giving them an extra star for the tasty nuggets

Stopped in this morning and ordered the breakfast burger. Definitely worth it. And Ms. Cynthia is wonderful. I bet the Grinch would have a hard time not smiling around her sunny personality. She Definitely gets 5* by herself!!!
