Our server made our breakfast a special treat. Always a good breakfast. I've not tried lunch from the menu but i bet its delicious!
I've been enjoying breakfast at Omelette Express for almost 40 years now... knowing the best times to show up helps a lot... Father's day with no reservations we were able to get a table for eight in less than 5 minutes. The very best breakfast in Santa Rosa. Fast, efficient, and delicious!!!
Omelette Express is like a step back in time. The ambience pays homage to times gone by with classic cars adorning the walls and chairs that will remind you of your Nana’s house. The food is better than breakfast at Nana’s house though, and it comes out fast and just as you ordered it. It’s a great depot stop for breakfast - you’ll be welcomed warmly, fed quickly and if you leave hungry, we’ll, it’s your own fault because the portions are big.
Amazing food fun atmosphere 50’s music jags on the wall. Started playing My Chere Amour when I walked in on my 50 th birthday and my name is Chere’ lol. What a hoot. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Yay! I'm so excited to have another option for breakfast/ brunch.
They have a lot of options and their eggs benedict was awesome! Definitely on par with Hanks Creekside. I do wish they had more options for sides here, but the country potatoes were yummy.
I had an iced latte that was good and my friend had some delicious avocado toast.
I'll definitely be going back, the seating was comfortable and lots of fun things to look at on the walls.
Quick and friendly service.
Owner was outside and greeting people. He was friendly and helpful with a parking meter issue lol. Food was good, had gulten free toast!! And service was amazing. Would have given 5 stars, yet it was loud to a point where 2 out of 3 of us couldn't carry on a conversation.
Great service. Food was good. I prefer my eggs to be softer, so next time, I will ask that my Omelette be cooked less. The thick slice of lightly grilled sourdough toast paired well with the cheesy Omellete filling.
There’s a reason why this place is a standard go-to for breakfast & brunch: the selections are vast, the food comes out super-rapidly if you avoid the rush-hour times, and the table service is fabulous (again, if you avoid popular, waiting-line times).
We arrived midweek around 11AM, were immediately greeted at the door, allowed our pick of tables, served rapidly and kindly, and received our order in what seemed like only 5 minutes (!!) — maybe less? It was *fast*.
Our coffee mugs were refilled as often as we liked, we were pleased to ask for, and receive, fresh salsa with our meals, and the prices were equivalent to most other nearby breakfast joints.
Recommend planning your visit! Google Maps provides timeline stats on busy times, so, just avoid those. It’s hard to run a restaurant, especially post-pandemic; as customers we can make things easier by not having unreasonable expectations.
Fantastic little breakfast spot. The #7 is the best omelette I've ever had, simply delicious. Friendly and fast service. Sit outside and chat with Don for extra entertainment! Looking forward to coming back here.
Awesome place. I happen to visit this side to attend a wedding and came across this place. Great menu. Of you like omelette or anything related to eggs then this is the place for you. I ordered California Benedicts and it came with their own signature country potato as side. I only have good things about it.
The service was prompt, friendly.. The interior was unique.
I'd visit this place again soon.
I don't know how t h ey did it. Ordered biscuits and gravy and it was ready in 3 minutes
the food made me smile so much. I got a really big burger with green chilies and two scoops of potato salad earlier.
I'm a long way from home, but eating good food on a cloudy day with no more chores or errands to run- made me feel like I was back in jersey.
I could eat a whole tray of those carrot walnut muffins, too
