Decent costumer service. If you ask me to food is way over priced. We got a family 12 piece meal for $45 dollars. Was not worth it . The chicken was thin and the mash potatoes tasted dry and stale . I mean really $26 dollars for the chicken was not worth it . Also took them 15 minutes to give us are food.

Chicken is delicious as we all know everything fried and breaded is always good. Lol. 4 stars because they are always out of something at this location, if its not chicken patties for the sandwiches is salsa or an item from the side order menu.

Decided to get chicken sandwiches at kfc rather than chick fil A. Because last time I got chick fil A they were really skimpy with the meat.So I'm in a city called Santa Paula, I've never been here and never herd of it before. This KFC seems kind of ghetto .but a least I got filled up .the chicken was kind of dry and the sandwiches kinda had a funny smell to them .but it was better than my chick fil a experience last week .3 stars for satisfying my apatite 😀

Chicken is thinly cut, the breading has NO flavor anymore and the pieces are tough. Not like KFC of long ago! Very disappointing! At least the cold slaw is still the same!
