Subway

When I went to order a sandwich at 8am the cheese in the container looked old. It was it was hard on edge and looked oily. When the lady cut the bread for my sandwich the bread started to fall apart. I asked if the bread was fresh and she said yes. When i ate my sandwich the bread was stale. I should've never ordered the sandwich after I saw the old cheese in the container, won't eat there again

Ordered a foot long breakfast sub on a wrap. Willing to pay the upcharge for the wrap. (6.99 vs. 5.79). Older lady running register (who had been too interested in her numbers on her clipboard to even acknowledge me before) suddenly says 9 dollars and change. I ask how that can be and she says 4 eggs don't come on foot long breakfast sandwich. She starts asking the other employee questions in another language (rude). After several minutes she consides and says ok I fixed it. Never apologized. Constantly interrupted me when I tried to explain what was printed on the menu board. She seriously needs to be educated on how to deal with customers.
