Pizza Hut

We LOVE Pizza Hut! When we have ordered personally, the food is always amazing and arrives very quickly when delivered. We also place large orders with them for our church and they always have our order ready on time. We are so appreciative of the helpful staff and their willingness to provide quality customer service!

We'll say the pizza always meets expectations (although I wish they would sharpen whatever they use to cut it every once in awhile) - the customer service is more of a roll of the dice. One day an older lady asked if they had a paper menu (they didn't) and patiently let her give a very long winded explanation that basically boiled down to her not having a computer, tablet not connecting to the internet, and menu being too small to read on her phone. But they were very nice and patient with her, and that was awesome to see. Then on another occasion the lady behind the counter was carrying on a conversation, on a cell phone, on speakerphone, where the person on the other end was yelling and throwing out curse words left and right. This bothers me less as a customer, but as a retail manager I'm sure you could actually see my blood pressure start to spike. If that personal call must be handled right then, excuse yourself to handle it.
