Dunkin'

This location is close to my place but the staff is so rude very poor customer service. If you have the item online in your location but you don’t have it physically in your store then be apologetic to the customer don’t be rude “you just have to choose what we have here in store” early in the morning 0500 not even a morning greeting. She needs to go to a customer service class

I had a Door Dash order that originally was cancelled because they were out of something I wanted but I wasn’t sure exactly what it was so I called and the girl or woman on the phone was very helpful and informed me that the donut I wanted was out so when I ordered again we both agreed to just put another donut on there. But instead this time I was like what the heck I’ll order a muffin instead, so I called and said thanks anyways I don’t need the donut in just gonna get a muffin! Then she called me back and said that they didn’t have the muffin I wanted so we finally agreed on a donut again for me to have instead. When I got my order they gave me two extra donuts which is so sweet! I understand how things can run out so easily so I appreciate you taking the time to make my day better with what you did have! I wish I knew your name but I just wanted to says thanks! And also the iced coffee and sandwiches are so so yummy

I'm a Boston native, so I was beyond excited when Dunkin finally made it to the west coast. Unfortunately, there are only two locations in my area, and the next closest one is about 20 minutes away, so if I want Dunks, I have to take my chances at this location, and they've gone WAY downhill recently. I've placed four orders in the last two months, and they've screwed it up every single time. I always order through the app so they've got it in black and white, and there's no chance of their getting confused/forgetting/mishearing me. Yet they still manage to bungle it.
