Ordered the the mangorita roll, and the middle of my roll has no fish in it whatsoever... extremely disappointed. Also, staff is very unfriendly, even after I tipped 25% on a pick up order.

Delivery Order: I usually don't get this service when I pace an order for delivery. But the tempura and soft shell crab both came warm, the soup arrived HOT and sushi was perfect. WOW - I really like this place! Great job you all!!! Yay - 5 Stars!

This is the real deal. Small private shop with a unique roll and special selection. There are classics here but the 'secret sauce' is the many unique dishes. Plenty of outdoor seating. The price is a tad high, but it's quality cuts.

The fish on the nigiri was full flavored with the perfect melt in your mouth texture; however, the rice was quite off. The rice can only be described as overcooked and mushy.

I have frequented this place starting during COVID. I would have never done take out sushi prior to the restaurant closure but Achita was really good. This was and is our go to sushi place in Santa Clarita now. Really good fresh sushi, really good to-go options. They will sometimes have Toro but it's limited, but instead try their Blue Fin, Albacore Belly, or Big eye which are all awesome. they also make a really good black snapper sushi dish that has a nice citrus garnish. This is probably one of the best sushi restaurants in SCV.
