Sarku Japan

Delicious food and good customer service. They have free samples all the time and it was one of those samples that won me over. They are pretty fast and the food is hot when you get it. Cooked right infront of you and you see what you get. Ordered the shrimp combo and asked for extra sauce with no problem or extra charge very happy.

I use to eat a lot at Sarku like 3 -4 times a week until 2 weeks ago, I stopped going there. This is what happened. It was almost closing time and there were 4 people behind the counter. An asian guy at the counter taking orders, an old asian lady serving food, another asian lady cleaning the kitchen and a hispanic guy assisting. I placed my order and waited for my food. So the hispanic guy took the greasy vent filters out, he was wearing gloves. No big deal. However, after setting aside the filters, he then helped out to put rice in the togo plates or boxes then I guess to make the rice look presentable, he flatten the rice with his gloves like shoving it to make them flat and even. He probably thought no one will notice since he's back was facing the customer but I was in an angle that I can see what he was doing and I caught him. And when he turned around to put the orders on to the counter top, he realized I was looking at him and then he grabbed the vents and went inside. I tapped on the partition to catch the old lady's attention but she was busy. Then when they called my number and grabbed my food, I tried to explain to the old lady what just happened but she just nod because I don't think she can't hear me clearly. Anyway my order went straight to the trash bin.

Always a delicious treat for us after a nice massage. We love their Sarku chicken teriyaki! The flavor of the chicken is something you can't find anywhere else. Their portions are so huge, you don't even know if you'll be able to close the container. The steamed vegetable medley and sauce is delicious! Their eggrolls are fried to a golden brown and with each bite, it's melt in your mouth heaven. This is one of our favorite places and I can't believe I've never written a review! Just thinking of it makes me wants some! We definitely don't eat at any other spot but Sarku Japan! One taste and you'll be sold!

The food isnt bad. But jesus are the people that work here stupid. No veggies. They put extra. Beef. They put chicken. No rice all noodles. Charge U for noodles and give u all rice. Then when u correct them and show the reciept they act like its your fault. 2 stars for the food. Negative 90000 for purely idiotic staff who then give u attitude when u tell them the order they are making is wrong.
