Horrible meals back to back one night I went to get the Big Mac meal the spicy nuggets were like chips I didn't decide to put any claim for that because it's just food then the following day I went to the same McDonald's at 5: 40am in the morning I asked for combo number 8 which is consistent of two sandwiches a hash brown and a coffee or orange juice I asked for an additional coffee for the reason that I will have an extra sandwich if it makes sense to you it makes sense to me. I proceeded to the next window and then for my understanding I guess it's my fault because I didn't check my bag but I got two coffees and a maple syrup sandwich which I really don't like maple syrup so thank you so much.

First off one of their tiny little hamburgers costing $2.49 is off the charts absurd. I ordered a cheeseburger happy meal with extra fries, no apple slices. When I opened the box there were apple slices & not extra fries, this is the 3rd time this particular location has done this. The cheeseburger was cold, so cold the cheese did not melt. The bottom bun was so hard I thought it might crack my dashboard when I tapped it against it. I asked for a cup of ice & received a cup, that if I say it was 1/2 full I am being more then generous. This was particularly disheartening because there was maybe 3 cubes in my large soda. If you like getting something other than what you order, cold hamburgers, warm soda with no ice, hard buns & paying an obscene price for a tiny burger this is definitely the place to go.

You get what you pay for. The "McDonald's experience" is never one that has impressed me and is consistently terrible. In a pinch, we just needed some food for the kids. From the attitude of the order taker to incorrect orders, maybe it would be nice to care, even just a little bit, or pretend to care? The unskilled labor force making the same as skilled medical professionals, you would think the employees at McDonald's would be tought to give a rip, but, se la vie. I had the fish filet sandwiches which are usually pretty tolerable, but these were repulsive. I don't know what it was. I usually stay away from the Golden arches setting the bar for disappointment, hopefully someone will start caring over there in executive management.

Bad customer service rude employees the food tasted like it was overcooked or the oil was just in there too long I had to call corporate a friend of mine because it was just that bad that was staff in there not washing their hands you can tell and their staff that were working the the grill without gloves I took a picture.
