Original Tommy's

First time visit. Went here for lunch during our 6flags stay. Burgers are pretty good but not that great, but also satisfying. There were a lot of staff and very few people customer so maybe we got lucky but we were seated with our orders right away. The cheese fries are kinda bland. I think its just American singles melted over the fries. Almost looked like plastic. Chilli is a bit spicy which was nice

First time visit and I'll definitely be back! Karina was so friendly and went above and beyond. I thought the burgers were great and satisfying. We were seated with our orders right away. The chili cheese burgers here are so good!!!! It's exactly what you expect of a chili burger. They have Texas toothpick fries, which go great with the chili. The drive thru was a bit slow, but I think it was a new employee in training, so I think it's normally pretty quick. All in all I think it's a fantastic place to get a quick bite to eat.

There’s a reason Tommy’s is an iconic SoCal “go to” chili burger place! Need to get this fix! Been loving Tommy’s burgers since visiting the original stand in Los Angeles, CA (West Beverly Blvd & Rampart Blvd) in the late 1970’s! Glad to see it expand - just wish it gets to Phoenix, AZ at some point! Please be aware, in recent years, the hours of operation have been reduced, so don’t expect getting early morning breakfast sandwiches or late night burgers! Furthermore, some dine-in locations have been short-staffed, so indoor ordering and dining change on a day-to-day basis! Still love Tommy’s burgers!

As someone from NorCal visiting the area, I had medium high expectations for this place based on Google maps reviews. I tried the basic chilicheese burger, fries and shake. Everything had "medium" flavor and granted to food was inexpensive, do not go here if maximum flavor food is your goal. While the items are inexpensive, you get what you pay for and I will make zero effort to return. I ask, rhetorically, how did this SoCal chain become popular with bland offerings?

Food was great. Love the deals they offer (check out their FB posts for specials). Omg the wait was super long even though there was only like 1-2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru! However, I won't penalize their star rating for that cuz right now that seems to be the norm in all fast food restaurants. The pandemic and staffing has caused all kinds of inconveniences.
