Sarah, the owner, is possibly one of the sweetest people we have ever met. We met her on our first visit while I was pregnant with our first and she was so incredibly kind. From then on, this is our only spot to get ice cream. Now, 5 years and two kids later- she still is so kind and friendly. We get all of our birthday cakes here and they are DELICIOUS and beautiful! The ice cream is always scrumptious but it’s the incredible kindness and exceptional customer service that puts this Coldstone over the top. Freddy is also super sweet and friendly! There is also another young woman who works when Sarah and Freddy aren’t there who is friendly, professional, and attentive. Love, love, LOVE this place! Thank you guys!

Honestly, BEST ICE CREAM WITH BEST SERVICE! The toppings I added to my ice cream were all fresh! I had my friends birthday cake done here as well, and it was amazing, delicious!! So many flavors and toppings, definitely recommend this!! Thank you to amazing staff for the friendly service! Everyone must try!!

This is the first one I've been to that does not allow me to layer one flavor from another. I was told I have to mix all the flavors and toppings or mixtures all together. It did not come out well. If it would have been layered one flavor with the toppings and the other flavor with the toppings it would have been good. They also used plastic wrap on top of the ice cream instead of an actual cup or bowl covering which pushed all of the fudge down into it making it pointless as a drizzle. Since the flavors were mixed cannot differentiate the two. The one positive I found was that they have the waffle cones with chocolate sprinkles or almonds. Definitely missed the Heath or Reese's bowls that came from marble slab. If I had known that they were going to mix the flavors together I would have just chosen one If I also knew they were going to Saran wrap it together I wouldn't have asked for chocolate / fudge drizzle. If you're going to eat it you might as well eat it there. Mine was a mess and broke and whenever getting home. Didn't taste much better than it looks...

Possibly the worst CSC we have ever tried.4 people before us placed similar orders. But to my surprise our order quantity was half of theirs. I can’t help notice that she asked me if me and my wife are together, when we walked in with our kid. I later realized that my wife is white and I am not. I am shocked to know that people like these still exists. And the ice cream was melting even before we got it. We also got a cookie batter which was just a chunk of salt, one bite and we almost threw up. And gave one Oreo. This is just a weird place I will definitely avoid to visit again.
