We lucked out and got counter top seats for 3 right as we walked in. Others waited for booth space. Coffee was really good as was the service. Clam Chowder was excellent and I finally tried a cold lobster roll. It was good. The bun was amazing, fries amazing. Every time I try lobster I always wonder what the big deal is? But that’s just me. So expensive and I guess I just prefer fish but the portion was generous and I ate most of it. Everyone was happy with their meals.

Used to go here when we lived on Cape, came back recently during our vacation on Cape 13 years later. Great hidden gem. Fast service, great food and brought back great memories when our kids were younger. Highly recommend to locals or visitors. Thanks for not changing what we loved about you, staying strong to the present!!

Great little spot to grab breakfast, brunch or lunch! Raisin Toast was so good I bought a loaf to bring home. Have to check out the bakery on the side. Has fresh muffins and coffee. Muffins go fast so get there early!

My husband and I were vacationing in Cape Cod and wanted to check out the sandwich boardwalk. Since we were in the town Sandwich, we knew we had to get sandwiches for lunch, and this place definitely didn't disappoint with the many options to choose from

For the first time I had a breakfast at marshland restaurant with friends - the food was spectacular. fresh veggies on the omelettes Wich was cooked perfectly some homemade fresh floppy pancakes the home fries was warm perfectly cooked and seasoned - Molly was our waitress with constantly beautiful smile, professionally working and good care - I highly recommend plus the price is also and the amount of food was lot more that we expected

The quintessential small town diner. The clam chowder was amazing! I also enjoyed the reuben sandwich. My spouse had the lobster roll and it was fresh and huge. The only negative was the apple crisp, but that may be just a regional thing. It was too runny and was more like eating oatmeal with apples in it. The waitstaff was great and I loved sitting at the old school counter on a stool. Loved it, loved it, loved it. Well done folks.

I don’t know if I should be telling you all this but I don’t want to be selfish with holding a place that is so outstanding lol We are SO ecstatic we found this place! Our server Rose was wonderful and so sweet, actually all the employees were! And let me tell you the food here is amazing! We started off with a stuffed quahog: very different, looked like some tiny pieces of chopped linguiça in it, heavily breaded with bread crumbs, nice fresh chopped clams throughout, nice flavor. Then we had a cup of the lobster bisque. This had to be THE best bisque we have ever had! Huge chunks of lobster meat, nice creamy broth with a perfect hint of sherry. Amazing! Now for the crème de la crème, our main entrée… their jumbo lobster roll. These were THE biggest Lobster rolls we have EVER seen! Colossal! It overflowed beautifully on a grilled roll with wonderful succulent sweet CHUNKS of lobster… pure PERFECTION! I’m telling you, you will not be disappointed (Lobster is my favorite food ever, and I didn’t even finish it in one sitting). I don’t think we’ll ever eat a lobster roll or lobster bisque anywhere else again to be honest. The coleslaw is sweet and creamy, fries were perfectly cooked, onion rings very tasty not greasy (we preferred their fries over the onion rings though to be honest). We have to say, they absolutely slay the competition, hands down. Extremely reasonable prices to boot! Don’t forget to grab some bakery goods to take home (because honestly you just may not have enough room to eat it there, as we didn’t lol)… at the end it looked like we still had a whole other entrée left over, so don’t worry about the portions. Honestly everything that we saw come out of their kitchen looked amazing. We can’t wait to go back to try other items especially their clam chowder and I’m really looking forward to trying the shrimp and lobster scampi! I will update on more items as we have them, totally worth traveling over a hour from north of Boston to eat here for sure. No doubt. Thank you everyone at Marshland for your hard work, kindness and making such amazing food!

This is where the locals come for breakfast. One of the only places open at 7:00 a.m. super friendly service, super friendly atmosphere. Absolutely spotless and well run with classic American breakfasts with a few fancier things thrown in if you'd like. Now one of my favorite places to get breakfast in Massachusetts.

Craving something that wasn't seafood before leaving the Cape, we discovered Marshland Restaurant and are very glad we did! The food was delicious, the service was fantastic and the prices were great. It's a small place so depending on when you go you may have to wait. A lot of people were regulars which is always a good sign that you've found a gem.
