Burger King

The day manager is not very capable. A core group of employees know more about the running of the operation than she does. I doubt if she knows how to properly order supplies for the store, they get constantly run out of items. She probably does not even know how to change pop syrup cartridges in the dining room pop machine. And crew training? I usually order the same sandwich. Rarely is it made the the same two visits in a row. Frequently I have to return it to get the second beef patty that is supposed to be there. But still, the place is clean. When t by e run out of fries, rings are acceptable, and I might not get all my bacon, but I do get my 2 beef patties, eventually, so all is not bad. Its just not really all that great.

.waited 15+ minutes for my order . restaurant was dirty .they were under staffed which resulted in the long wait time . however, the staff was very courteous and they were doing their very best but being under staffed at lunch time the three girls were just so overwhelmed with the volume of orders. . this is the first time I've ever had a poor experience at this Burger King

If I could choose 0 I would! Wasn't even given the chance to order! We walked in at 9:05 pm Sunday, dining room closing at 10... so we would have probably been out by 930... stood at the counter for at least 15 minutes, without even being greeted or our presence being acknowledged, while the girl still helped people going through the drive thru AFTER we had been there waiting. The restaurant and kitchen looked disgusting, like it hadn't been cleaned all day, so in a way I'm thankful we weren't able to order! Will never even attempt to walk in here again!

It's Burger King. I have an attachment to Burger King because as a child my grandparents would make going to Burger King every Friday something exciting..Whopper with extra onion, onion rings and sauce hits the spot! As far as this specific burger king the quality of food and service is dependent on which staff members you run into. I've had staff members jump out the window and be aggressive towards me because he refused to hand my card back to me and held it inside the window and made me hang out of my truck window and reach inside and I said, "I can't reach" which made him mad and he half jumped out the window and said "WHAT DID YOU SAY TO ME?!" I think the McDonald's up the road hired some of the bad employees from this burger king. If you want to eat here, learn which staff are clean and respect the fact you're paying money for their food and avoid the others.

Worst service ever. I went through the drive-thru and got 2 croissants and a hash brown. The hash browns were cold as could be. The croissants were made with the wrong meat. They just had the food sitting up there on the heat chute that wasn't even turned on. Which is obviously why all the food was cold. I asked for the food to be made again but fresh. The crew member and the manager were both VERY rude about it. Very disgusting place.
