My friend and I drove to San Rafael/Marin all the way from Antioch Ca /1hr drive each way. We heard that this is the spot to eat some tasty pizza and what not. The menu is simple yet caters to many different appetites. You will not be disappointed when you get there and eat for yourself. The staff was very courteous and the bathrooms were spotless… that means a lot! Because I am picky. The owners are sweet! It was definitely worth the drive. The atmosphere is super relaxing and plenty of parking.
We were on our way home from a trip. And had a taste for pizza. This place looked good and close to the freeway. I had the tomato pie which was different pizza . Great crust and taste. I'm glad we found this place we will definitely come back
Best pizza in Marin if you ask me. Been there 3x, definitely get the Hal's.
One of the better pizzerias in Marin. Their sauce is better than most and there’s just the right amount. The cheese and toppings are also good- generous but not overboard.
Had the 10 inch pizza with canadian bacon, chicken, pineapple, and jalapeños. It was delicious! The ingredients were fresh and plentiful. The crust was thin and cripy at the bottom. The server was friendly and courteous.
Always love it. Has been consistent with my beloved Pepperoni pie since it was open back in '86. I know live in Southern California, but when ever I come up, I make it a point to stop in.
Very well worth the price, wait, or whatever. They set the "BAR" for me, and no other joint has made it over that bar yet!!.
They make some really great pizza! The staff was very friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. The moment you walk in the smell is just wonderful.
I stopped by this spot after getting my COVID booster for a quick lunch that turned into a LONG lunch because I was enjoying the food, drinks, and service so much.
The pizza is delicious. It's made with great ingredients and the crust has that crispy perfection texture. The staff was knowledgable and helpful. I'd say my one complaint is that I don't live closer, because I would be there once a week for sure! Delicious and a great afternoon!
The pizza is awesome!!! Fresh ingredients hand tossed crust. There are other items available and if the ranch dressing that I had "for the dippin'!" is any indication of the food quality then it should all be from scratch and delicious. Please go here and support this local business and if you are just passing through and want a great fresh meal, like I was, this is wonderful road trip treat. When I am in San Rafael again, I will be stopping for a meal at Mulberry Street Pizzeria. I shared a medium pie with my brother-in-law half Canadian bacon half Pepperoni, black olive and Jalapeno. The Jalapenos were fresh not pickled superb!
The best pizza I've had in a long time. The crust was amazing. THEY EVEN HAVE DESERT.
