Subway

I was here yesterday afternoon and Dennis was the only one working. The person in front of me had a large, complicated order but Dennis handled it well and apologized for the wait. I wasn’t in a hurry, so I didn’t mind. Both of the sandwiches I ordered were perfect with the help of suggestions from Dennis. Overall, awesome customer service!

Don't come around noon or three o clock actually don't come at all. Waited 30 minutes to get veggies on my sub. Co workers don't work together specially the larger male with curly hair he was in his own world. They had to reheat my meal because it was sitting there for the longest time. Went to restroom to wash my hands toilet paper everywhere. The soda fountain machine had no ice! Half the drinks aren't available. How hard is it to make a sub meat goes on top of the bread not in the middle... This is by far the worst Subway in the area. I

Curbside delivery.. Right. Ordered online as a guest (signup process broken) Entered card info, and received an order number and time. Waited until the promised time and no sign of anyone. Walked in and the worker said he had not seen my order and had people in front of me. I said I had been outside 15 minutes and he didn’t respond. Went back outside and waited another 15, before calling it a loss and resolving to call my card issuer for a dispute. Avoid their online features at all cost. Clearly they are not ready to implement these features.
