Some of the best brisket I’ve had. Tender, moist, just the right amount of fat and a phenomenal bark. The sausage (regular and jalapeño) was delicious but a little more dense than I prefer. The mac & cheese was on the spicy side which gave it a really great flavor. Coleslaw was excellent as well. All in all I wholeheartedly recommend this is a place to go for barbecue when you’re in San Marcos, Texas!

I wanted BBQ and this place was on my way home! It did not disappoint! Great food and everything was so delicious. I always get a baked potato with chopped beef with all the stuffings. We got a brisket sandwich too. Great! Great! Great! Best to eat in and enjoy!

I have seen this restaurant many times driving from Austin and decided to give it a try. I got there about an hour before closing and they had just run out of brisket. I went ahead and ordered chicken and sausage, which were both very reasonably priced. I didn't try any of the sides this time. The sausage had a great flavor and texture and the chicken was well seasoned and very moist. I would definitely order them again. The restaurant was clean, cool and comfortable.
