Chick-fil-a

I don’t usually care for this place but my kids love it that’s why we continue to go back. The service is usually good, except for today. I found a hair in my sandwich when we got home since we went thru the drive thru and when I called to let them know he suggested I put it in there. Now why would I waste my time and gas to go get and exchange for a chicken sandwich. I was actually looking forward to having this sandwich today!

The traffic from the long drive thru lune forces you to park across the lot near the Sushi restaurant. My cashier wasn't able to correctly take my name, even after spelling it for her 4 times. If i hadn't looked at my receipt I wouldn't have known when my order was being served. The girl serving my order was just as confused by the name spelling as I was. Other than those 2 items my experience was like any other Chick-fil-A, professional, polite and great service.

My brother and I went drive thru and it was very organized and after we order it took a little longer to get our food, but we got a free cookie and brownie. We also ordered a cookies'n' cream shake and before we left the chick-fil-A employee saw the shake was melting for the longer wait than expected he give us another shake on the house. Great five(5) star service. Thank you.

establishment is ran by high schoolers who lack basic common sense, communication skills, and customer service. staff mingle and talk nonsense while orders take forever to come out. saw multiple customers upset over their orders and not one employee, supervisor, nor manager apologized for the inconveniences.

Now that they've said they are not supporting homophobic groups, I went there for the first time with my two toddlers. Service is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Kiddos loved their chicken nuggets. Some healthy sides for the kids were fruit cup and sauce. My spicy chicken sandwich was yummy. Will go again for sure.

The inconsistency is the reason for the low rating. If you go in the evening the staff is very quick - however any time in the morning hours (when most people are actually in a hurry) they take the “fast” out of fast food. I write this from halfway through the drive thru line at 9 am.. 15 minutes in and a good 5 cars ahead of me still. Averaging about 5 minutes per car! Why not staff your business in the morning? This is my 3rd time with a morning experience like this and my last - kept thinking it might have been a fluke but it is not. Don’t come here in the mornings unless you want to be trapped in drive through purgatory for an hour. Always a nice staff experience, but the owners are short staffing the mornings for some reason.
