The Habit Burger Grill

Ordered through UberEats, however my problem was not due to the delivery method. When you order through ubereats, Habit seals the bagged food inside an outer plastic bag. This is a huge plus for me with current events, and it's how I know this issue was with something at the store. I get the food (an hour after UberEats says it will be delivered so its cold, but that's not my big complaint.) I open the still airtight sealed bag... And I see my bags of food, soaked through, with what looks like someone dumped water into the bag before sealing it. Soggy, inedible, extremely wet food. It was not grease either, it was literally water. I don't know if they seal the bag with water or what, but how do you manage to have at LEAST a full glass worth of water spill into a bag? I wasn't a fan of habit after a bad experience at their OC location a few years ago, and this is my first impression when giving them a chance for the first time in like a decade. I will not have Habit again, and warn everyone to steer clear of them.

I am completely disappointed. I go on my lunch to get food for my coworkers and myself. I did curbside pick up the food was brought to be before the girl hands me the bag I asked her if there was ketchup and ranch she looks at the bag then looks at me and says yes I believed her. Get to work there’s no ketchup no ranch my onion rings are burnt takes like I was eating charcoal. I would rather spend my money somewhere else!
