This is a very busy location! Definitely go online and reserve your place in line so you won't have to stand around there for 45 mins. The food was delicious and the service was great. My sister's and I split a dessert at the end of our meals and it was perfect. If you happen to be in that area, I definitely recommend you give them a try!

Waitress was great. Food was amazing. Steak cooked perfect. Blooming onion was so good. Sweet tea needed to be a bit sweeter for me, but still good. Pasta and shrimp were great. So much food, we had lots of left overs to take home. Atmosphere is nice.

I brought my mom & dad here for Father's Day. We had practically no wait for a table. We ordered our meals at the same time as we ordered our drinks & our drinks were on the table before we even finished ordering! Our meals were perfectly seasoned, steaks melted in our mouths, salads were fresh, just an amazing meal. Taylor was our server & he is how other servers strive to be. He was friendly, attentive, gave great suggestions, and very quick to get our meals out to us. We will definitely be coming back here! Great way to celebrate Father's Day!!!!

We were in the mood for a good sandwich shop but ended up here at The Outback Steak House which was a good choice. Everything was delicious from the cheese fries to the salad and the steak & veggies, the place was clean and the staff were very courteous and answered all of our questions and kept our glasses full. It's a good fall back to restaurant. They have remodeled the restaurant not to long ago and the atmosphere is nice. We'll be back soon for sure.

I had a very pleasant experience, the atmosphere was great! Our server Dayton took incredible care of us. He made jokes with us and went above and beyond what was expected. He immediately took care of a small problem my wife had with her food no questions or hassle about it. I usually don't write reviews but his hospitality made me want to share this fabulous experience.

I love this Outback! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Ian, my server, provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced in San Marcos-- probably the best I've ever experienced in general. His timing was perfect and we always had our drinks full and bread on the table. I will definitely be coming back because of Ian's service and the Outback experience he provided my table with. Give him a raise!!

Supper here on 7/31/21. We ordered the Blooming Onion, shared a Caesar side salad and twin baked sweet potatoes, along with unsweet iced tea. Bread came out. Too hard to chew. Might as well had been croutons. The Blooming Onion arrived and was cooked perfectly. We waited for quite a while for the salad. Usually we get to eat the salad along with the onion. By the time the salad arrived the onion was gone and so was the iced tea. Finally one of the seating hosts came by and refilled our glasses from a pitcher that had been sitting out. Room temperature tea with no ice. We had to wait until the waitress finally came by for a glass of ice. She disappeared only to show up at a table near by and took their order. She stopped and asked did we need anything. Glass of ice. She left again. Came back with two of the tiniest baked sweet potatoes I have ever seen. Asked if we needed anything. Glass of ice (3rd time). Finally got our ice. Good food. Tiny portions. Awful service.
