Burger King

Got to drive thru ordered 2 whopper combos, 1 whopper jr combo, and 1 med oinion rings. The burgers were trash. No lettuce, no mayo, no ketchup, and the patties were dry and cold. You can tell it was intentional. We drove 16 miles round trip for this. They dont answer the phone at the location and will be disputing this transaction with my credit card. Done with BK. Will never stop here or anywhere else thats BK.

Consistently have order issues at this location. I believe the staff is trying and am not sure why there are so many problems. Recently had to go back to the drive up window for a missing Bacon Whopper Melt. Got home and my Bacon Whopper melt didn't have Bacon, meat or cheeze. Tried to call but no answer.

This trend of bk employees treating me like I'm bothering them when I order food is getting out of hand tonight they told me they were closed it's 945 pm. When I come here it never fails they are always out of something and it seems like it's more of a lazy I don't want to then a covid issue. Food is still good quality for the price considering the cost has gone up everywhere. But I don't want to pay $30 and be treated like I'm disturbing you.

This has to be the worst fast food customer service. This Burger Kings employees seem like they don’t want to do anything. I placed an order on Uber eats for pick up and in seconds it said it was ready. I waited an extra 10 minutes as I thought there was no way it would be ready in that short amount of time. When I get there I am greeted with “why did you order” and “it’s going to be a while before it’s ready”. They had not started on my order. If I had not already paid for my order I would have just left. These employees do not deserve to work here or anywhere with the attitude and laziness they carry with them.

Burger King sucks. We came cause we had a gift card but even though it was free, it was not worth the drive. My spicy chicken sandwich was dry and chewy and gross. Taste like moose knuckle sandwich. They gave my brother middle school cafeteria burger. Forgot our mustard. 1 star cause the fries were good. This place blows

The lady that took our order over the drive through speaker was rude to begin with. She had a major attitude when we asked for a moment to look at the menu and when asking if we wanted anything else it was in a very obviously rude tone. I'm not sure if the same employee handed us our food however they were rude and extremely short with us as well, making us feel like a huge inconvenience. We went through the drive through over an hour before closing and because an item was missing my partner went inside to ask for the item, only to be spat at by the manager "LOBBY IS CLOSED!!" between 9:50-10:00pm when the sign ON THE DOOR says open until 11pm. When my partner told them he just needed help with a missing item really quick they were aggressively rude, and after "helping" him they, again, yelled very loudly that "lobby closes at 10, make sure the door is closed!" as a backhanded remark. Having been a franchise owner myself, I understand employees have bad days, that the times are rough, that good help is hard to find etc, however this was an entire front of house staff with an attitude problem that made us customers feel completely unwelcome
