Amber is a great guy! After my purchase he mentioned that it was “Free Slurpee Day”. Very thankful! I go here everyday now 🙌🏼
They always have the hot food items stocked, so thats a greatness achieved. However, they do not, at times, have their chili and cheese machine working (sometimes, rarely) and that's super annoying because that's my favorite way to make my burritos! Otherwise, they're awesome.
An addendum to this "Chili and Cheese" catastrophe - at this point they don't even have it working...
Guess I'll grab a diet Sprite or Fanta...
I've become a new member of the community within the last 2 years although I live in proximity of 3 7 11 locations I choose to make this one one 6th and San Salvador my 7 11 the employees are awesom very helpful and polite and continue to deliver exceptional customer service even to those late night or day crowd that like to give them a hard time One of your employees by the name of Amber great people skills and always eager to help and always has a smile on his face the employees you have now bring a good vibe and personality to this establishment. I feel like family not just a transaction each time I come in keep up the good work!! Thank you for my free pizza. (7 11 rewards)
bad service, I am going to buy coffee at 7:30 am or 8:30 am and when I arrive there is no hazelnut coffee and he told the cashier that there is no coffee and he only replies that he is no more and turns the coffee maker, I go in other seven eleven store and there if they do it because the limit is until 9am.
Screw the management at this location but the lady working at the register was amazing. I think her name was Martha. It’s wonderful getting treated with great customer service.
There are a lot of panhandlers who hang around there which is annoying but the staff at this 7-11 are really cool and friendly. It’s always nice to walk in and see they remember you.
The morning the employee is amazing.. no wordS to say for him .. always fresh hot food and pizza
