In A Nutshell:
-I'm glad when it came time to eat, I asked my buddy he should choose bc he always takes me to a new spot.
-Huong was the choice today.
-A damn good choice.
-Their Bun Bo Hue aka Beef Noodle Soup is the now my favorite in the South Bay.
-A big bowl full of steamy hot noodles, beef, tendons, blood cakes, spices & veggies is a well-rounded meal.
-Ordered the duck salad to-go, it's also a big portion.
-The service is very good, the waitress understood my fobby Vina-mese, which doesn't happen - ever.
Overall, the next time I want some good Bun Bo Hue I'm coming back to see Huong.

Get ready for some serious authentic Vietnamese food. This place isn't too crowded but always busy. They have a huge painting on the wall showing the different areas in Vietnam - that alone makes it worth visiting.
I like this place, all depending on what you order. Some disk is OK, and other are great; but overall it's very good. On normal day, service is fast, but Wednesday and Saturday night it's busy because of the church across the street. It's a jewel hidden in the evergreen neighborhood.
The latest restaurant specializing in Central Vietnam cuisine like Bun Bo Hue (spicy Beef Noodle Soup), Hu Tieu Nam Vang (Cambodian style Noodles with pork and seafood) and Com Ga Roti (rotisserie style chicken with seasoned rice). Tip: order one of the specialities and save room for the Che (or dessert)
The place is tucked away in a small shopping center, but I think it's one of the best pho places in the bay. The place is very real unlike the gimmicy trendy other places in San Jose.
Portions are large here. I recommend the Vermicelli Hue Style, Rice with Fried Chicken, and Noodles with Fried Chicken

Their com tam here are excellent, but the prices are a bit on the higher end side.
Good food. Bun bo hue is good. Banh cuon is also good.
