Super micheladas are booommbb
Came for a lunch meeting and was greeted by amicable staff. Plenty of items to choose from the menu and glad to see a dedicated torta menu as this is my jam. Ordered the Torta Oaxaceña - full of meat and cheese, on a big slice of bread. Very filling.
Good ambiance, tv and laser lights. Music a little loud but for the small space it is reasonable.
Fairly priced for the food downtown. Parking available in the plaza behind. Al fresco dining in the back. Great business owner under fairly new ownership.
Big menu, but seem to specialize in the tortas so that's what I got. It was delicious and huge. Service was great at the start but then hard to find people at the end. I was there at lunch on a Monday and it was pretty empty. Think they were doing inventory or getting a shipment at the time. I'd consider coming again. Food was good and came out quickly.
So tasty food i personally give all my stars for carlos me and my family received an excellent service from him and he prepared the best drinks my favorite is the mojito
Went back and had tacos today. Made a mental note to come here more often, it's a great little spot.
Tacos: Asada, Al Pastor & Cueritos (my new favorite)

I've been wanting to check this place out and my daughter reminded me today, so we checked it out.
She chose the shrimp cocktail and I chose the Campechana which is a shrimp cocktail plus octopus. The portions were ridiculously large and very much worth the $18 and $19 bucks.
Service was fast, friendly and welcoming. The decor was an absolute vibe, I want to come back here for after work drinks one of these days, those micheladas looked pretty enticing.
We are visitng from L.A for the Café con Leche festival and walked around this area to see what was around. We spotted this place and thought it was nice. The inside feels like you're at a tías house for the recalentada! And the food is amazing! We had a michelada with the fixings which has fruit and the tradicional tamarindo stick with camarones a la diabla and a huarache de cabeza (chefs kiss😘) it's definitely worth checking out because there's plenty of other choices around. We were also told by the employees that this place was own by previous people so it is under new management.
I stopped by for dinner at El Conrro in San Jose having discovered this gem before in the Mountain View location. My brother ordered Sopes w/ asada and a asada taco. I went with the Conrro steak, salmon, lobster with asparagus, and red potatoes. The waitress brought us complimentary vegetable soups as starters it was good enough to order as a meal for the next time. We were informed the amount of time it would take to cook our meal, we were in no hurry.
We had some complimentary chips and salsa while waiting for our meal finished right before our meal arrived.
We ordered a Mojito, michelada perfect drinks.
All in all I felt great value for my money, quality service, food well prepared expertly seasoned (I didn't add any condiments), reasonably priced.
We intend coming back discover more plates of this unassuming restaurant.
My friends and I went here because Tostada's across the street had a very long wait and we were hungry. Honestly can say, great authentic Mexican food for less than what we would've paid across the street. The bar also made me an alcoholic drink not on the menu that was delicious. It was a great atmosphere with great music too. An underrated spot.
Tried this new place tonight, really liked it! I had the oxtail, and it was the best I’ve ever had! The meat was tender and tasty, and the dark gravy was awesome!
They give you a free complimentary taco at the beginning:) Delicious and friendly! 🌮Don’t forget to leave them a tip.
Definitely a place to came back. Tortas are tacos are delicious here.
I need to try more plates.
