Fresh rolls were good and the pho bowls all had a lot of meat in it. I really liked the bone in short rib. Probably skip the spring rolls.

Pho nowadays so expensive. Northern style pho with fresh not dried noodles. Only get pho, rice, chicken or beef here. The crab rolls were good too. Ask for thin noodles or small size if that's what you want, they automatically out large noodles and size large and charge you for that.

Amazing. I love pho. Service is good, we had a large party and the server accommodated us well, checking up on us. Pho ha noi also offers fresh noodles which is interesting, but still have thin noodles for the classic pho. Broth is strong and flavorful. Yum. Also clean.

This was our first stop when we arrived at San Jose. I am actually giving this place 3.75 stars. We only ordered phở due to a lot of recommendations. However, the broth was actually not as deep and flavorful as we had hoped. Keep in mind that this restaurant is serving Northern Vietnam-styled phở (minus the plate of herbs of course) so the broth would be wonderful for people who prefer this style. I guess we just prefer the Southern Vietnam-styled phở better. Another thing is their beef tendon was overcooked, while their beef flank was very tough. The service was so-so as well. They were busy and everything just seemed hasty and rushed The restaurant is big with lots of seats and tables. They are popular as well with a waiting line often, so make sure you get on their Yelp online waiting list. Overall, I think the phở is overpriced for what they have to offer ($16-17ish for a bowl). I guess we would need to explore San Jose much more.

Absolutely the best tasying Pho Tai that I've ever had anywhere! And I've eaten at a lot of places including the other pho spots there inside of Vietnam Town..Everything was on point... generous portions, delicious tasting quick seating despite being very busy and a very nice waitress. It's my new go to spot for pho when I'm in the area.

The best pho ever. The one with beef rib looks amazing, the meat is soft and juicy. Overall, excellent food Service is fast and friendly.

The USDA choice meat, broth, homemade noodles, and service is on point. This place is a must try. Been here a few times and will return back as always. Find out for yourself.

Hearty pho. Crispy chicken with crispy rice. Fish sauce fried chicken wings. Outdoor dining. Enough said.

First visit on MLK day (Jan 16, 2023) for lunch for a party of five adults. Parking was relatively easy. Venue was packed. Waited about 15 minutes to be seated. Short of staff which is quite the norm world wide as we live endemically with Mr Covid. Noodle or Pho portions were huge! Only one size to order. Quality is 8.5/10. Fried spring roll is 9/10. Service is 8/10. Pricing is decent for such quantity of Pho, 8/10 rating. Ambience 9/10. Lighting 9/10. Cleanliness 9/10. Rest room (men) 7/10 as it only has one urinal & one W.C. so a queue forms easily. Would I come back again? Sure. Ppl friendly. Oh not much of a ding as acoustics were surprisingly congenial despite patrons chatting away. Sure, we will be back 😃

How do you not give this 5 stars!? Everything can only be described as extremely tender! The meat was perfectly tender and flavourful, a bit on the lighter end but it works well. The soup is a light but flavorful broth which I loved. I can see how it's not as much "depth" as maybe some other places, but trust it's got the perfect flavor profile; so yummy. The noodles were a bit of a surprise, I wasn't expecting them to have so soft but it really grew on me; it fit the theme of meal well. Service was super quick and friendly. The food is well priced, will be coming back again.
