I've enjoyed desserts, milk teas, smoothies, and various other items at this establishment over the years. I find their taste and quality to be consistently good. Their menu is extensive, offering a wide range of coffee and tea specials. On a recent weekend evening after dinner, I dropped by and ordered several slices of cake to take with me. It was a delightful way to conclude the evening! However, the only issue I encountered was the variability of their service. At times, you're warmly greeted with a 'Hi! Hello! Welcome!' upon entering, but more often than not, the service lacks the same enthusiasm. It's clear that customer service needs significant improvement. Nevertheless, the delectable desserts keep me coming back despite this. The treats are simply irresistible, and I can't resist the temptation to visit, even with numerous other boba shops in the same plaza. Parking is plentiful, and if it's not crowded, you can easily find a convenient spot nearby. The interior is cozy, but there's outdoor seating available when the weather is pleasant. Whether it's busy or not your preferred choice, you're guaranteed to find something you like within Little Saigon Plaza!
They have great dessert here! I love getting the ones in the little glass cups, super cute and delicious!
I think I have to visit here every time I’m in San Jose. The sweets here isn’t too sweet which is awesome. Some places make desserts too sweet. They have really fast service and they make the desserts really fast. They accept cash and credit as well as Apple Pay.
Seatings are limited both inside and outside. The interior is pretty small. They also have public restroom here as well. Definitely give this place a try.
Great selection of drinks available. The dessert is also amazing. They have a French Cafe theme going on. The place is very popular with the young crowd.
Drinks:
Colada Tea Mango is delicious. Has a floral taste due to the white tea that they use. Comes with coconut pieces and syrup flavor. Great drink.
Che Thap Cam is good. If you are not sure what Che to get. Get this. It's well balance and sweet to drink.
Food:
Cream puffs are delicious here. They aren't made to order. The tiramisu is to die for. Don't get the cake version. It's not that great compared to the one you eat from the glass.
Ambience:
Seating inside and outside. It's very cozy indoor. Feels like you are in Paris.
Parking:
Parking is usually crowded.
Small cafe but with the Cali weather it is nice to just hang and chat outside. They have a variety of fruit teas that you can customize with toppings and milks. I ended up with a mango tea with lychee jelly and half & half that was 6.75 before tax. It was a good size and was delicious :)!
Tasty sweet stuffs. This is our final stop whenever we visit the area. It is supposed to be a summer treat as crushed ice is added. However, it is also popular during cold months - maybe the sugar provides extra energy during winter. One can tailor the amount of sugar in the drink when order.
Lovely spot. Great french desserts, macroones, cream brulee, cheesecake etc. Lovely spot to spoil yourself a bit.
It has good tea options and other drinks! It has many dessert options too! I like to come here for boba and a dessert.
Went to this place to try on a Tuesday afternoon. No line, but had a handful of people in it. I recommend the White Peach Green Tea (no milk) 50% sweet if you're not into super sweet drinks like me! It was pretty syrupy and I'm not all too sure they use real tea, but the flavor was definitely delicious.
You can choose your sweetness and they have a variety of toppings. They also have other things like macaroons, mochi ice cream, macaroon ice cream, and a plethora of cakes. I will most likely comeback to try the macaroons!
The taro milk tea here slaps!
I came here with my cousins once to get food and decided to get a taro milk tea with 0% sweetness and pearls. The drink has fresh taro and you can taste it. A lot of places I know use taro powder or boba mix, but you can really taste the difference here. The color also is more natural, which I love.
The boba isn't anything special, but I appreciate how it's not super sweet like other places.
The cashier was super funny and even when our Viet wasn't spot on, she still understood us and was able to get our order in.
