Interesting menu with pho fusion ideas, fair prices, quick service.
Good pho and decent veggie options! Service was really slow and it wasn’t busy. They also flagged us down after we paid at the front saying we didn’t pay which was weird. Might be back!
Been eating at this place since 30 some years ago. Same good quality and quantity which is not easy to achieve. Ive been to some other franchise locations with less meat and noodle were given. And they keep the place pretty clean and update.👍👍
They were fast to bring us our orders but only thing I can say is that they did forget to bring us the fried rolls we had ordered. But that's fine. Other than that the pho was great.
Came on a Thurs afternoon for an Avocado smoothie. Overall, smoothie was great and wasn't too thick or sweet. Staff was hustling, ready to serve customers and amicable. Clean establishment and several menu options to pick from. Plenty of parking in the plaza.

to start off i got the mango freeze drink and it was amazing, it tasted like a mangoneada and i would 100% recommend to all mango lovers.
the service was fast and very friendly
the atmosphere was great, the restaurant is very clean compared to other pho places, the music is diverse and great.
We have been coming here for the hot-n-sour soup for more than a year now and it is consistently delicious! The soup is always perfectly tangy and spicy. Also the service is always fast!
Good location of the national Pho Hoa franchise with decorative spacious interior, clean restroom and adequate service (polite hostesses but rude servers!). Plenty of parking spaces although weekends can be very tight, though that's Lion Plaza issue and not the restaurant. As to the main entree: authentic pho flavors with good presentation in terms of garnishment. However, the meats are skimpy and greens kinda light (minus one star--see photo)--unlike the same franchises in Atlanta, Houston and the OC. Not perfect but definitely an good quick fix when you have a Pho craving!
My boyfriend and I come to Pho Hoa every time we’re in East San Jose without fail.
Every. Single. Time.
We’ve never had a bad experience here. The pho is the best in the area and the entrees are out extremely quick.
There’s a massive dining room, so there’s always plenty of space. Though, they do tend to get pretty busy at lunch and dinner time.
They also have extremely late hours, so it’s the perfect late night snack!
What I enjoy about this place is you call in pick up as quick You do have ample seating for dine-in and the super straight up and serve late night.
