There are many flavors of ice cream to choose from. I got the Chocolate Mousse Royal which was yummy. Also there is a great assortment of cones, sundaes, beverages, even ice cream pizza.
Unfortunately I am taking one star off the review because of exorbitant prices. It's simply too much for the amount you get.

Such nice people that work here. Reminds me of the good old days. Great customer service. And now I am extra fat because I ate a lot of ice cream but it’s all worth it. OmhMG
Staff is friendly and very kind. We love coming to this one. This is very convenient if yo are close to Valley Fair Mall. They have plenty of parking too. The turn around for the ice cream cake online was incredibly quick. They made the cake beautiful and it so delicious too!
Took my granddaughter and grandson, 9 and 14 months and thoroughly enjoyed Baskin-Robbins ice cream cine and delicious 😋 banana split. Great service and clean place.
I had a T-Mobile thank you so I tried Baskin and Robbins and it was delicious. I have a tiger milk bubble tea a small one and it was enough. I got some pistachio almond to go. The ice cream was very smooth and decadent. Shop was very clean and had cute displays of cakes. I'll have to go back and try some other flavors like chocolate chocolate peanut butter java mocha almond fudge grilled peaches and cream.
31 flavors and ice-cream cake! Obviously, it's not a boutique ice-cream shop. You do have plenty of flavors to choose from and you're not paying $7+ for a scoop of ice-cream and wait in long lines. Aside from the traditional flavors (chocolate, mint, cherry, pineapple coconut, etc.), I noticed they occasionally offer unique flavors, like: green-tea. Service is friendly and good spot to bring the kids for cool treat.
This store is a gem in the south bay. Love their rose petals flavor and service is also good. The only point to mention is it's a bit pricy for the quantity we get when compared to the other ice cream chains. But still I love to return here and I give five stars for it.
TL;DR: Ice cream is good but not amazing; ice cream cake are great for kids birthdays.
Baskin-Robbins ice cream parlors are a historical staple: there are classically unique flavors like Daquiri Ice (my favorite as a child 40 years ago), and more modern flavors like Tax Crunch. The ice cream cakes are wonderful for kids birthdays; the ice cream and decorations are awesome, though the cake part can be a bit tough as one would expect from frozen cake. The shakes are good but a tiny bit on the liquid side. My one complaint is that the scoop sizes are pretty small for the price. All that said, I take my kids there any they like it. :-)

The Campbell one has a drive through and the kids that work there are really nice. I go out of my way to go there and buy my ice cream. Why can't all Baskin Robbins have drive throughs??
