Mutton soup 🍲 😋 is perfect for winter cold chilling weather. No complain overall, to me taste bit sweet of sugar. And missing well match sauce for this, which is the fermentation tofu (chinese cheese) to dip those mutton, in my own opinion:)

Pretty short wait time (~10 minutes) for a group of 3 without a reservation on a Sunday night. Was wondering why they didn't bring us the menu but apparently they have the QR code attached to the table so you can scan and see the menu easily They have vegetarian and vegan options for people with these dietary restrictions, and you can also pretty much customize things like how cooked you want the egg to be. Service was very fast and they came around pretty frequently checking if we needed more water or if our pot needed more broth. Environment was clean and it was overall a very nice experience.

A fair place for a quick lunch. The pot tastes pretty authentic and the price is reasonable. The free tea they provide are super sweet. Not recommended.

They got our spice levels swapped (hot vs mild), which really sucked for the both of us :( but their server was nice about it and offered to recook, but we passed cuz we didn't wanna waste food :/ The food overall was kinda mid, not a lot of flavor, and got too salty as it cooked longer

If all you do is keep providing me milk cream curry hot pot, then I am happy! HOWEVER, with that said, others I go with haven’t been wowed by the other menu items besides the tomato broth. So we expect to go only ever ordering between 2 items.

Hot pot dinners are preset with everything. You can tell them if you don’t want something. The curry one I got mild but it was too spicy for me and I had to drink so much water. Husband likes spicy and his was spicy. The kids liked the little dessert packets they give with the check. Overall good. But don’t get anything mild if you can’t handle much heat.

First time at Boiling Point and I liked it! Basically it’s individualized hot pot. Except they throw all the food in there for you so no cook waiting time! We got two types, both with zero spiciness. The beef and the seafood. The soup has a little vermicelli in it, and you get a side of rice or more vermicelli. The beef soup was tastier than the seafood soup. We had them extinguish the flame because it kept boiling and was just too hot! Very fast eating. Good service. Use the garlic bean paste condiment in the table; very good.

Boiling point has been one of my favorite hotpot places since our first tasted in Southern California in 2014. When we are craving for small hot pot, this is definitely our top place to go. For lunch you will get one drink for free(black or green tea), including weekend, which is very amazing. Their appetizer was not as impressive as the hotpot when we visited in November, 2021. We got House Special and Seafood & Tofu this time. House special has been a very classic and authentic Taiwanese small hotpot flavors. I like how Seafood & Tofu has lots of seafood instead of those typical hotpot seafood ball you would see in other places. They put too much white pepper in the soup base, so it tasted not as plain as I expected. Gladly they were able to add soup so it tasted a lot better after that. The white pepper was the main reason I gave 4 stars but overall it’s very good and tasty. Will definitely visit again.

Literally ran into this place while going to Teaspoon and gave it a shot. I love love love love spicy and hot food and they nail my expectations. If your a picky eater this is not the place but I asked the cashier what’s the most preferred and he suggested the beef bowl and OMG!!!!! So good and spicy with udon noodles, corn on the cob, mushrooms, shrimp, spicy broth and much more!!!!! Highly suggest this spot to anyone who likes good food 🍲
