Terzettos I've been to around here are actually fantastic. The coffee is the right combination of flavors, depending on what you order. Sweet and savory, rich and bitter, creamy and cold.
But the people that work at this particular Terzetto haven't ever been able to get my order right, to an alarming degree. This would be fine if I was ordering complex drinks but they're always two words at the most e.g. (iced mocha, large coffee). I order iced, I get hot. I say regular milk, I get soy. I say mocha, I get drip. The soy milk screw-up is particularly egregious. I don't have an allergy but if I did, I'd be in big trouble.
I wouldn't recommend going to this particular one.

for a while i came here pretty regularly. there was a $4 pastry and coffee special, which was a great deal. Quality of pastry and coffee is about a 6/10.
