Mixt

I love Mixt Rover! I first tried one of their salads when 7x7 was holding a promotion for free salads and I've been hooked ever since. It's extremely convenient to order the salads online in the morning. There are three drop off locations so far and hopefully more to come. While the prices are indeed a bit up there, it's a better deal than what you can find around South Park in SOMA. I heartily recommend using this service.

For lunch today my sister got us salads from Mixt Greens service called Mixt Rover. They will deliver your salad to certain drop off spots. I believe this drop off spot was in SOMA. She recommended that we build our own salads, however I was too lazy at the time being to make such an executive decision, so I had her build me one. The salad was big, organic, and fresh. For a salad it was decent but nothing to write home about, it's also on the pricier end. The service itself seems like a great idea but not something I would regularly order from. I may just have to try one of their signature recipe salads in the future to get another taste of Mixt.

This has proven to be the best service I've ever had from the online/neighborhood delivery types of services. The only issue I have is that when something isn't quite right, I can't see any place on their site where you can reach customer service. For example, the Mixt Cobb today didn't have any avocado. Certainly not a deal breaker but I do look forward to the avocado in the salad. If anyone knows how to "contact us" at MixtRover, I'd like to know how to do so. Otherwise than having the opportunity to contact them, this is an awesome service.
