My name is Abigail & I enjoy going to starbucks time to time, As a nurse and former employee of starbucks. The employees are amazing. When you first walk in all employees have a smile greet you like family. Lot's of love ❤️

Quite a busy Starbucks, but service is kind and efficient. There are not too many seating options, but yet I have been able to always find somewhere to sit every time I have been. WiFi is fast and reliable.

The staffs were so slow, they don’t have sense of urgency. It takes more than 20 minutes before I have my drinks served. I noticed he prepared and left his post, when he came back, I asked him where’s my order? He answered me, what’s that Ma’am? So I told him, move faster and he answered me in murmuring voice : got you, move faster.. To the management, you should train your staffs to work fast and have GOOD MANNERS. Sometimes customers understand if the workplace is busy, but what I don’t understand is his manner. Be courteous, be polite. Customers are not always right, but have always the right to complain and ask for a good service above all a polite and courteous manner really matters.

I come here almost everyday. It's a small Starbucks with a few tables and it can be busy in the morning during the week, but you can always order on the app. It's much faster to order on the app especially in the morning.

Service is poor. I am highly sensitive to dairy products. When i got my drink, it had whip on it so i asked for this to be fixed. The barista then said "oh i'll just scoop it off for you" and i told her i didnt want ANY dairy in it. Then she went on to just scoop it off and give it back to me. That is poor service. If you got an order wrong, you should remake it, or at least OFFER. I get that it doesnt matter much to some people if there is a bit of whip cream left on it, but again, that's why you at least OFFER to remake it especially when it was your mistake on the order.
