I'm from back east.... And this is the closest thing to a real Philly cheese steak I found here in San Francisco.. the fish and chips are great too

If you are veg: this is NOT the place for you. The only vegitarian meal options on the menu is a hot or cold veggie sandwhich, which contains lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, carrots, olives, celery, avocado, and vinaigrette dressing on a bagette roll (cold sandwich also has mayo and mustard, hot sandwhich has melted cheese, pictured). As far as I know they do not have a veggie burger patty. Beyond that, their waffle-cut fries are pretty good, and I'm sure their meat options are up to par, but their veg options have not been thought out.

A nice place just to grab a drink or snack. Toilet was out of order unfortunately but great place for a quick bite!

The last time I dined at V-Cafe was 2018. I am writing this review on May 10, 2022. Today my coworkers ordered Onion rings, Garlic fries, and Cheese Fries. On a scale of 1-10, I give a 5. The Cafe has 8 tables and is clean. The cashier has a plastic shield for COVID protection. For me, the choice of having a comfortable eating area is important so I give V- Cafe higher stars. The bathroom is in service although signs are everywhere in the Cafe that says otherwise. I recommend a stop only if you have no other choice.

Nothing short of amazing! My life isn't at its best, in Fact, it's never been worse. I get treated like dirt everywhere I go, but I was starving! They treated me with such respect and dignity. And the food was awesome! Thanks, I really needed that.

Classic Cafe food that tastes really really good. It would be great if they had the ability to do dining seating again now that everything is opened up but other than that the burger and fries are good.

I ordered while I was on my way to the shop. Girl who answered the phone said it would take 10 min. I was only 4 minutes away. I got there and my food was already ready, super slow night. I ate at the restaurant and my food was super cold that you could see the grease on my fries. Grease was white. My sandwich was also very cold. Never again!!! No excuse. It was super slow
