Came here for late night dinner. Was only one dining in. But staff and food was great. Food was a great deal for portion and flavor and I loved it all.
Staff was friendly and nice.
Food was flavorful and delicious. Prices were excellent for SF prices.
Got crab Rangoon, sizzling pork dish and half duck. All great.
Highly recommend for great dinner.

The food was ok. Had better authentic Chinese food before. Like the prior review said before me, the Chinese sausage fried rice does not have the real Chinese sausage. I thought they had fixed this issue because they responded on the last review about it, but as you can see in the picture they use hotdog sausages... if you look up Chinese sausages, it does not look like that.

Had Lunch Special. It's so bad had to throw away half of it. It's hardly edible, let alone being authentically Chinese. Meat is not fresh, tasted stall like meat gone bad. I ordered 鱼香肉丝 which is like Chinese Food 101, and they failed even at that. It's tasted NOTHING like it....the sauce is just red oil......

I’m going to review the foods I’ve had here so I can’t comment on the negative reviews surrounding (what I find to be) obscure Chinese food.
As a heads up, this is AMERICAN Chinese food. Nothing authentic here. At least based on the quality of the more Americanized dishes that I’ve had: which were delicious!
My wife and I have tried the orange chicken, king pao chicken, Mongolian beef, Mongolian chicken, dumplings, and braised string beans.
DELICIOUS. Here’s why: loads of flavor and spices better than most American Chinese you’d find in the Richmond/Sunset district.
I’m personally a huge Mongolian beef fan, and the way they prepare the spices and cooking is on point! It absolutely melts in your mouth, and having ordered twice two separate occasions (one time drunk another sober) I was impressed that I never once bit into gristle (I find that to be a common issue in most American Chinese cuisine).
Price wise, it’s fair. People will always complain about SF prices, so expect to pay a bit more for the solid quality. Not expensive, not cheap, fair for the city.
I have only ordered takeout, so I can’t comment on the customer service, but the food was ready quick and they provide an insulated bag to keep your food hot.
Wish I took a picture, my goto American Chinese spot downtown/North Beach.

This place is a ripp off they over charge the rice, the rice online shows at $2.00 per order and they are charging it at $2.99 per order, they are misleading people with their prices, and all there food containers are very small for the portion you are paying for. They claim they do not have a manager. This place is not recommended by any means, visit TSING SF restaurant much much cheaper and quality food.

So disappointing. The spicy wonton were ok, but the potstickers were just dough and the shrimp dumplings were the worst I've had. The shrimp seemed shredded and tasted like nothing. Would not recommend.

So last year you were 2 hours late and gave the guy a full refund (Oct 2017 review on Yelp)
Tonight I ordered via Grubhub and you were 1 hour late - delivered food cold and gave me a 20% refund after ruining my evening!
On top of all of that at the 30minute overdue mark, I phoned you and rather than being honest about it and offering to cancel, you told me food was on its way and would arrive in 5 minutes. And you told me the same thing when I called every 10 minutes after. In other words you completely and knowingly lied to me.
I will spare no opportunity to bad mouth you guys everywhere anytime I can.

Amazing place. The service was extraordinary .the witnesses check up on you and personalise the dining experience to make you feel as you've been going there for ages . The food is so damn good . especially the sizzling plates . Especially the lamb and beef dishes . Highly recommend .great outing for a family dinner or a romantic outing with your significant other .
