I had varying experiences here. From my meatballs frozen on my sandwich to free food because there register was down. Very inclusive staff and welcoming vibe. Lots of seating music options and lots of art. Pinball as well as outside seating.

I was just asked to leave the pizza restaurant because I don’t have a stamp for the nightclub event in their neighboring venue at 9PM. They’ve always had a rope and guard at the door between the two venues, but now at a certain point they section off the interior of the restaurant just for club goers. They asked us to leave while the restaurant staff never mentioned the sitting area being unavailable and we have just received our food. Why welcome people to dine in if you’re just going to kick them out? Your restaurant staff is awesome and super friendly. Your food is delicious too! But club management should reconsider this new policy/layout. Why not just stop admitting people into that area and let those who are there finish their food, instead of making us move outside where it’s cold and there’s no seating. Ideally there wouldn’t be this policy, but if you’re not going to change the policy at least plan out the execution of this transition better.

I almost wanted to give it 2 stars, the slice size is mediocre specially the pepperoni. I mean it takes only few line less to cut, less work on the pizza man specially for the price point of 5$. I paid additional 1 $ to get this as you see in pic so total 6$ ! Please cut your slices more nicely and generously however, Nice area cool space, freshly baked . could be better.

Worst customer service ever. If you don’t like their pizza employees can punch you in the face (real experience). It’s expensive $5+ for a regular slice. It’s slow, and not really tasty.

Not the cheapest, but I'd rather pay a few extra and sit amongst friendly fine-looking Gothic individuals on a Monday night (Death gUiLD-I love you lot!) Good good. First time coming to DNA and I the staff here was not friendly or helpful at all. I ordered the 3 Cheese Pizza and it was completely dried and burned. The guy upfront just gave me an attitude and said that it's what I asked for. The drinks were halfway filled. Just a really bad experience all around. Definitely not worth the money.

I walked in looking for something to eat from a rewarding night of Ubering. It felt like I walked into the hipster mothership, so I kinda doubted the food when I was ordering . The pepperoni pizza was delicious . I give this place an A+ for deliciousness and customer service . I will be coming back.

I was sadly dissappointed. I know it is late at night on a holiday, but my pizza arrived 45 minutes late and was not even slightly warm. It as cooked but had not been kept warm after that. I have had DNA pizza before and was really looking forward to it. Doesn't taste the same when you have to reheat it no matter how hungry you are now that you have had to wait another 30 minutes to heat oven and then reheat pizza. If you want DNA. Plan on going and picking it up or your going to be dissappointed

I have been waiting for two hours for this place deliver our dinner. I've called twice and the kid there told me they were slammed and made excuses. I asked him if he would want to wait for his meal for two hours? This food better be the best damn meal I've ever eaten. They had two hours to make it. That's just absurd. This place is a joke and I'll never order from here again. It doesn't deserve any stars at all.

The food is amazing, the space is amazing, but unfortunately they choose to use uber drivers for delivery. We had bad experiences with the company as taxi drivers, they're even worse at food delivery. Perhaps someday they'll change their business practices.

I love DNA Pizza. I take friends and relatives there when they visit from out of town and we really enjoy the food and vibes there. But dear god, every single time I try to order delivery, I end up with the wrong pizza or no pizza at all. My husband and I ordered a pizza at 6:30PM today and were told it would be delivered in an hour. After an hour and a half, we called to check on it. They told us the pizza was almost ready and to hang tight. Fast forward to 9:00PM. We called again and they first try to deflect by implying that the pizza must be out for delivery, but when we push back and ask for them to make sure, it turns out the pizza was never made. "We can get that started now if you want." No sorry, no explanation. Just that. Obviously, we learned our lesson after waiting the additional hour the first time we called and said "no thanks"/ask for our money back. Turns out there was no one there who could process the refund so they ask us to call back at 11PM. I'm so disappointed that I can't rely on DNA when I place an order and prepay. We waited 3 hours because we simply love the pizza, but unless some serious changes are made in the way staff keeps up with delivery orders, I don't think I will order pizza from there again. As it stands, I'm pizza-less and short the $30+ I paid. What's even worse is that this is the second time this happens when I've placed a delivery order.

What a terrible service!! The staff is so lazy that they don't want to prepare anything that cause extra work for them. I am writing this review after a few times were you need to struggle to get your order. The most ridiculous answers like we are not preparing fancy Hawaiian now, just regular. Even though they have all the ingredients, is just something they are not doing at the moment. I decided to give them one last chance but obviously didn't work, they didn't want to prepare whole pizzas. Just slices they had. I love pizza and trust me, the place is not worth it. You can always find better taste and especially better service anywhere but there. It's so frustrating. Don't go!!

AVOID THIS PLACE Came for lunch; I work up the street. Pizza n salad was good, but when I puked it up three hours later, and spent two days shitting my brains out, I've decided never to return. Get your fucking act together and quit giving people food poisoning. I wish I could give -5 stars.

Favorite nightclub in town. One of the last, oldest, and fiercest strongholds of indie rock/pop nightlife on the west coast. Well curated, generally staffed by kind and talented folks, queer and lady and young'un friendly (zero tolerance for any harassment there, just give security a heads up!) lots of great bands, and satisfying late night food.
