Eclectic little biscuit shop with reasonable prices for the bay. Got the regular breakfast sandwich (egg, bacon, sausage, gravy) and added tomato for $1 which was a good move to cut through all the heavy richness. Biscuit was light but fell apart almost immediately so it was a mess to eat. For $8 all in it was a fresh breakfast option, enough for one person. Plenty of street parking right in front on the street.

Not bad…. Not bad at all! Hoping to check out the weekend brunch in the near future! We got cinnamon bun, chive, wild mushroom and seasonal: Meyer lemon biscuits. In my opinion, perhaps a warmed up biscuit would’ve been awesome. Still delicious nonetheless… and a Great area to stroll with our 1 yr old and dog.

Update: I have finally tried all the specialty biscuits and here are my rankings! Is this how Thanos felt collecting all the infinity stones? Savory: sour cream and chives > cheddar > wild mushrooms. Sweet: cinnamon > meyer lemon yogurt > Mexican hot chocolate Overall: cinnamon > lemon > chives > cheddar > mushrooms > chocolate. The sour cream and chives reminds me of Taiwanese green onion pancakes! I've also since learned they have coffee too, so I've enjoyed their take on Vietnamese coffee! ===== I don't eat biscuits often. But when you've passed by the same store that's one block from your work for the past year, you're gonna be curious as hell what goes on inside the store that says "TUE-THURS, WEEKEND BRUNCH." Biscuit Bender opened right as I got there; in fact, they kindly let me in two minutes early, which I appreciated. The shop was very small, but enough for a simple takeout transaction. I loved the atmosphere of the sun shining through the windows and the wonderful tunes playing in the background. I got the cheddar biscuit and the cinnamon bun biscuit for breakfast. Super good portions for $3/biscuit. The cheddar one was the right amount of saltiness for me, but I would try something else next time. It didn't hold my interest very long. The cinnamon one was soooo good! It had frosting drizzled on and hardened by the time I got to the office, but the biscuit itself was still warm. 🤤 It was a little sweet, but that just means it pairs well with a hot coffee or tea! Portion-wise, I think 1.5 biscuits would have been good for me, so I'll just try one biscuit next time. I'm so glad I have something to look forward to on Tuesdays now!

Biscuit Bender is a wonderful hidden gem in Dogpatch: fantastic biscuits and other baked goods, warm service and fair prices; it represents exactly everything I look for in a local business. First of all, they make great biscuits. Puffy, moist and rich, with five, six different flavors to choose from. I have tried many items on their menu and my favorites are the Mexican hot chocolate biscuit, Sour cream and chive biscuit, and the breakfast of champions sandwich (biscuit, egg, sausage patty, bacon, cheddar gravy) offered during weekdays. The owner, Van, is another reason you should visit. Such a genuine, kind person who has a true passion for baking and sharing the joy he baked into the biscuits with people. I enjoyed very much our little conversations during my visits and found his little cafe a warm, authentic place even though it's located in a quiet, rather industrial street. Always look forward to coming back again!!

This is literally the best biscuit place you have can ever find in the bay area! Their fried chicken sandwich is the best, and the owner is super nice and friendly.

Absolutely delicious!! I cannot recommend the French toast, fried chicken biscuit sandwich and the cinnamon bun biscuit ENOUGH!! The french toast is perfectly caramelized on the outside and soft in the middle. Don’t get me started on the strawberry whipped cream - like soft serve ice cream! The sandwich is THE BEST! Chicken, biscuit, slaw - absolute perfection! And the cinnamon bun biscuit has the perfect amount of sweet!! Would definitely recommend!!

Cute small bakery in dogpatch area. I got 3 different biscuits and brioche. The brioche was a bit sweeter than I expected but the biscuits were indeed good! If you are a biscuit lover, a must visit place!

If you've ever had that feeling of looking for something not knowing what it was, but certain it exists somewhere; that's my first taste of the tomato soup. The melted cheddar biscuits improved that feeling. This place is fantastic. And I picked up some biscuits for my dog. Wow
