Food is average — a 3. Service is a 0. I got an earful from the guy wearing a cross behind the counter because I ordered through DoorDash (and apparently paid more than what the listed prices are), but he said I couldn’t sit down in the eatery. If you’re going to punish customers who use DoorDash, then I’d suggest making it clear on your website and Google maps that you can’t order online and then eat inside. That’s absurd, and you shouldn’t punish the customer for using a service that you offer on your website. Here’s proof of how empty the dining room is. Count this is as my last time as your customer. The food isn’t worth being on the aggressive receiving end of the Owner’s gripes about the food ordering service that you utilize. #Bye! Plenty of better Mexican food in SF.

Great place I’ve been coming to for years, while I worked in the neighborhood. I’m in the area again occasionally and I stopped by this week…Fast service, friendly folks, still reasonable prices and delicious food! If you’re in the Embarcadero area. Go in and enjoy yourself! I had a shrimp enchilada & chile relleno combo plate. The tasty & picante salsa casera & topopos were brought to my table immediately!

Who ever gave this place 1-STAR SHOULD BE DROP KICKED IMMEDIATELY!! Who in their right mind would even consider giving ‘ORALE ORALE’ anything less than a perfect rating? The staff was so incredibly friendly and the food was ludicrously delicioso! So stoked I found my new chilaquiles spot in the FiDi of SF. ¡Orale Orale! Qué chingón!!!
