Chipotle Mexican Grill

this location adds too much salt on their chicken to the point you cant take another bite. I don't know if this is just another bad batch but this is the third time this happened on this location. I had to take all the chicken off my salad to make it some what edible but still made my salad too salty. Again, this is the third time this happened to me so just a warning to everyone else.

Food poisoning by making a chicken burrito for someone that ordered tofu because they cannot digest meat leaving them ill, throwing up and diarrhea. Catherine the manager seemed amused when she asked so a vegetarian ate meat? Raina the customer service rep also had a complete lack of concern and was rude and unprofessional. This place simply does not care if they make a mistake that could literally cost someone their life as some food allergies are deadly. Oh and they do Not answer the phone… go ahead and try talking to a real person there it took me 20 minutes of continuous calling and 7 attempts of being disconnected to Actually get them to answer. Trashy place, trashy public relations.

Busy location but the line moves fast. Food is always fresh and delicious. The seating area is clean and bright. I went here today with two skeptical / Chipotle-neophyte colleagues and they were both favorably impressed with their lunches - but not as much with my choice of Sofritas. Perhaps with more experience they'll understand what they're missing!
