It was kinda weird but there aren't a lot of options for just a drink in the Fisherman's Wharf area. But honestly it didn't really matter as for us, this was the best spot even if there were 20 other options. It is a local spot so if that scares you away, then that's on you. We loved that about the place and met some really great people! The owner (I feel dumb for not remembering her name) took great care of of us at the bar and we had an awesome night. We had walked all around San Francisco all day and really needed to chill out, take a break and unwind from the day. It worked. The owners are a couple from New England, if that scares you away, that's on you also! But to quote another bar from Boston, I can guarantee that "everyone knew our name" by the time we left. Even if we weren't in any state to remember theirs!

Had a drink and watched a game with the locals and their dog. Great bar near the Wharf that is not touristy. Great prices.

Awesome bartender and the drinks are reasonably priced for the area. I got a snake bite and the bartender did an excellent job separating the cider from the Guinness. It looked like they were also prepared to make more complex cocktails which is fun. Additionally, the shots that they were pouring were HUGE, honestly terrified at how large the Jaeger shots were.

I want to keep this place a secret, but I also want to give it credit for being amazing! Small, laid-back, local bar; not filled with tourists (except me, haha!). Staff and the regulars were all friendly and welcoming and gave tips on things to do and see in San Francisco. Every baseball game was on a TV there, so if you want to watch a game while you're in town, this is the place to do that!

What a great hole in the wall local spot. We posted up at the bar for what we thought would be a couple of beers but had such a great time chatting with fellow patrons and the bartender (Joey) that we stayed to closing. Ordered some pizza for dinner (off-site, they don’t serve food) and watched the hockey game on tv. If you want some good beer and conversation, this is your spot away from the touristy pier 39.

Amazing neighborhood bar with an amazing bartender Andrew. Try the Harmonic Kosh as it is amazing. Perfect place to get away from tourists and relax with some pinball or darts.

Down to earth dive bar alert. ❤ Are you over the crowd and just want to find a spot to chill? This is the place for you. Booked a tour at Alcatraz and we were too early to check in. It was only a short 10 minute walk from the pier and tadaaaa. Here you are. Ordered a mango cart and it was ONLY $7!!!!

Spent 2 nights in San Francisco fresh from the UK and stumbled into this bar after searching for craft beer places and we ended up spending both nights in this bar. The staff are lovely and the beer selection is very tasty, special thanks the Mark and Drew for a couple brilliant nights. If you want some memorable nights definitely drink here.

Really nice neighborhood bar off the beaten path. Came in during a Washington football Team game, awesome atmosphere! Cool little New England/San Francisco sports bar. Cheap, tasty beer with helpful and nice staff. Love the pinball and darts as well! Will definitely come back when in town next.
