First time trying authentic Persian food. This restaurant did not disappoint. Wish the service was better.

Slow moving but worth the wait. We had the
Fesenjan, which is easy to mess up by making too tart or pasty; it was perfectly made with moist chicken and a well blended walnut pomegranate sauce. The rice was light and fluffy. The kubedih was perfectly seasoned and cooked just right.
I thought about giving 4-stars since they didn’t have a few things available that was listed on the menu, and it took about an hour to eat after we sat down (even when the restaurant wasn’t filled). Then again, the food was so “home cooked” that I feel the required patience is warranted.

My friends and I went here a couple of times and each time the food was very delicious. Their Ash-e-anar (the pomegranate soup) is very different from any soup we ever had. When ordering kababs, do not forget to ask for their saffron rice.

Identical Persian cuisine with handful of delicious food, desert and drinks. I always order "Kebab with rice" when I go to every Persian restaurant and if it's good meaning that they have a very good chef who knows how to cook marvelous Iranian foods. friendly waitresses and great customer service. I'm planning to visit them again once in a while i'm in downtown. long story short "out of this world"!

Rare neighborhood Persian find with friendly service and delicious food at reasonable prices.
I highly recommend the roasted eggplant appetizer, Kashke Bademjan - really delicious and satisfying. The hummus was good, but not amazing - definitely ask for the house hot sauce, which is delicious. I love the stews, which are more of a curry consistency, not too watery. The Fesenjan is their signature dish - "chicken with ground walnut cooked in sour-sweet pomegranate sauce served with rice." I liked it and definitely recommend trying once, but it was a bit too sweet for my personal taste.
I've never been here when it's crowded - not sure why, but it's nice to be able to walk in on a Friday at 8pm without reservations. Service has always been friendly. Atmosphere is fine, not particularly fancy or unique, just a standard restaurant vibe. I'd love to see them decorate a bit more with Persian decor, maybe some light music in the background, to help set the vibe.

Best experience we had so far in Persian restaurant out side of Iran. Staff are so so friendly. They really care about their customers. on Friday night they were packed and only window table of two were available. the lady great us and offered us that table and said she would change our seats as soon as another table become available. after we had our appetizers she came and offered us another table. we really thought she would forget about us since they were so busy. foods are from heaven. every ones face could say that when each one took a bite of their food. I would coming back. best Persian restaurant ever.

This place hit the spot! Amazing persian food, so delicious and fresh tasting.Have tried several meals and appetizers and all have been excellent, we ordered family style
Food: we ordered plate of mixed kabobs Jooje, Koobide and barg and the meats was so tender and soft they melt in your mouth! And also we ordered they signature dish fesenjan which was the best part of our night lol I can eat this dish for my breakfast lunch and dinner, sooo good sooooo good it was the best in my life. I also recommend baghali polo with lamb shank.
Appetizer: tried Mirza ghasemi, Ashe Anar and Dolme and we loved them all I've never had Ashe Anar before so this is my new favorite dish!
Drink: Persian traditional Shiraz, perfect wine for persian food, full body, soft tannins, smooth finis with poetry of Khayam and Hafiz on the lable.
The ambiance is really warm and comforting and the staff is all really friendly and attentive!
*they said they have mom in the kitchen who manage all the recipes and delicious foods and I can understand now why everything tases like heaven here.

All of our order were up to the expectations! I'm pretty sure the place is personally run by the owners, so expect a VIP service. A must go for all who loves to adventure on super special Persian dishes!

Good Persian food. Very polite staff. Liked the kababs. Shole zard wasn't quite what I expected, it was syrupy. Will try the ice cream next time.
