I'm just going to admit this outright: I only come here for the super nachos. I really like that I get to decide what I want and how I want it--always with grilled chicken and extra cheese. I think I once had a burrito here, and it was good, but it's all about the nachos.

First off, don't pay attention to the neg reviews. You can't make some people happy no matter what you do. It doesn't matter what I order from these guys it's always perfect. Never have I been disappointed. Brothers run the place. Awesome place to grab a bit to eat. Don't sleep on it.

(CASH ONLY) If you come to eat here make sure you have CASH!! Food was good, service was great but I forgot cash. Isn't that something they have their own ATM in the restaurant. I wasn't about to have my bank charge me and get a fee for using there's as well. This generous woman behind me heard I don't have cash and paid for my burrito and I couldn't thank her enough. Good people in SF THANK YOU TO YOU IF YOU READ THIS!! MUCH LOVE

Loved this place! My daughter and I went to tour San Francisco state university this past weekend and we wanted Mexican food and we couldn't find a place! But we found this place and we met the owners they were very friendly and there food reminded me as if I was at home having my mom's Mexican burrito!

My favorite in the neighborhood. Only thing is, one of the guys doesn’t drain the ingredients very well and the burrito always ends up super wet and leaking. But flavors and quality of all the meat is great.

I have been an avid Cal Mex food fan for a long time and first got to eat homemade when I was a toddler. Grew up in CA and definitely know Mexican food. I have tried it all and tried it everywhere but this is by far the best Cal Mex burrito I have ever had, and I say that having tried it dozens of times here at Chino’s over many decades. If you don’t like their burrito then it can only be because you don’t know Mex food. In a world where Mexican food is starting to be more about the decorations and the margaritas and you can even get disappointed in San Diego with super bland products with no blending of flavors, these folks are still keeping the faith! Low price for a fantastic burrito that is the size of a mule’s leg and you want to stop eating because you are full but you can’t because it is that damned good. Authentic taqueria vibe with the classic expert wrist flip when dolling the guac etc. Their skill will make you cry if you ever have to go to a chain burrito place where some kid is moving like molasses and seems like he never saw a tortilla before. I once told these folks that when I die, I want to be buried under their tortilla steam tray. They are pretty chill but that one got a smile. Thanks Chino’s for making my time in this Earth a little bit better!

Ordered a super burrito. Wow! It must have been one of the best one I've tried! Plus the servings was generous! Wish I had it with a frozen margarita. Maybe that is something they can add to their menu.

Excellent burritos. Generally window service. A couple like 2 or 3 tables inside to sit inside. Picked up dinner one day and breakfast another. Both meals were great. But the breakfast one is probably the best breakfast burrito I have ever had!

Perfect place to grab some grub quick. Burritos are hearty. Got the nachos today. Which are huge and filling. Miss having this a few blocks from us. But great for hitting up every time we're back in SF.

What could make you happier on a dull day but a hand-wrapped super burrito from the incredibly cheery Francisco?!?!
