The Whole Rotisserie Chicken meal is quite the feast. Everything was delicious. Picking the two sides is a challenge. I enjoyed the Esquite and Crispy Potatoes. The Tamarind Jarrito is my personal favorite.

Delicious, freshly prepared food! Especially the Nor Cal Bowl was huge and very tasty. The restaurant had a great vibe as the windows were open, because it was a sunny day. Guests hung out inside and outside and enjoyed a Friday evening drink.

Such HUGE portions. Pricing isn’t too bad. They have the best salsa bar! The best Mexican corn! My boyfriend got the fajitas and I got the fajita bowl! I’d highlight recommend this place! Staff was very very friendly as well :)

I was in SF again on April 13, 2023, and had to return to this location.
The food was amazing the prices were reasonable. I had the Macho Nachos with steak with 🍉 agua fresca as my drink.
Parking is a problem since it's a small busy street with lots of shops and other eateries.

Really good food. Great portion sizes too! Went twice for dinner. Really good value for money. My favourite was the Burito bowl. My husband had the half chicken. Burito is massive!

Awesome place, the environment was welcoming and chill.
The prices were, they were, they where a little high when it comes to mexican food, but I digress.
The food was good, not amazing but good.
They serve alcohol which is a plus, beers and cocktails.
They have this nice secret alley dining area you definitely are gonna what to check out.
The service was sweet, welcoming and super nice.
Order a cocktail because I ordered a beer and only 1 cocktail and 30 minutes later I'm still feeling nice..lol

Excellent fish tacos: generous, delicious, with guacomole, nicely steamed corn tortilla. small bowl of chips gratis. Attentive service, nice clean restaurant. Not much in the way of atmosphere UNLESS you sit in the front window and watch the people stream by. Priceless!

Friendly staff and very good size taco.
I tried the carne asada that comes with peppers and onions and really like it. Definitely coming back to try the carnitas one.
They also have a killer chipotle and habanero salsa.

I had the carne asada California burrito and an Horchata. The burrito was pretty good and the potatoes inside were crispy which is great since those usually end up soggy. The Horchata was also good, but tasted like it was made with Milk. My only complaint is that the food felt overpriced. 16 dollars for a burrito seemed like a bit much and the Horchata was 4 dollars for a small glass.

Huge portion of nachos for the price (about$12). I'm a big guy and that was 2 person portion. Outside balcony has a great atmosphere. Just wish they didn't store the baby seats out there.

Love this place. Such a gem. Courtyard in the back is a secret gem on chestnut. Food is reliably great and much more authentic than Tacolicious.

Had a great carne asada super burrito (Bonita Burrito), fresh tortilla chips, tasty salsas, fast service, patio seating in the back, credit/debit cards accepted, I'll be back soon to try the mahi-mahi, rotisserie chicken and Elote street-style corn on cob, eventually almost everything on the menu! Including margaritas!

Place is cute and staff Is friendly the food presentation is nice but the food overall taste fell flat. I had steak quesadilla and my other half had mahi mahi taco. And we had chips and guacamole all looked great and was good but lacked in robust favors. But we did eat for 20 bucks and had a great view of every one walking by.

Decided to try this new restaurant and what a mistake that was! The food was terrible and that's putting it lightly. The mahi mahi fajitas were not cooked thoroughly, they were served without salsa, sour cream, guacamole, etc., and the portion was quite small.
In addition to being served raw / unsafe fish, the one bite I did try made cardboard appealing. Stay away and consider Toma Mexican or Tacolicious instead!
