A great hipster bar with a massive selection of beers and full mixology cocktail bar. The food is good but somehow misses the mark. All of the standard smokehouse menu items are available, but the flavor doesn't quite knock your socks off. Regardless, one of the better places to hang out in the dog patch area.

Great looking place with quite a few beer options. They also have BBQ, and while I didn't eat any it, the food looked good as hell. The beer though, was real nice and fairly priced. I'd come back here for sure.

Came here for the first time after a bouldering at Dogpatch next door, was the best workout reward I could have asked for. The brisket is perfectly cooked and practically melts in your mouth. Also love that they have sparkling water on tap!

Nice too be in frisco on a weekend and not be in a crowded area, but the beer list and quality here is phenomenal, bar-b-que on point friendly staff. And I want to thank staff at Speakeasy for mentioning this place since were not locals will definitely be back. Their growlers sure are distinct

Great selection of beer. Both home brews and other fine choices from breweries around. The BBQ is nice and Smokey. Sauce is not amazing, but the meat doesn't need it. Lots of space to sit. Great European some bathroom.. Howevern in the late afternoon 5-7 angles perfectly into the room and makes it hard to see. That's my only negative.

It's hard to write how good this place is as a vegetarian and admit that I ate the pulled pork and brisket, but it was smoked, tender and so delicious. The sauces for the meats are ridiculously good as well as are the biscuits. Can't go wrong with the food here. They have a vintage, hipster vibe with a great bar and amazing old school smokers in the open kitchen you can see. Aside from the tables in the main area, they have a large space for parties you can reserve. Really cool bathrooms as well!

The smoked meats were great. The sauces and sides were decent but didn't hold up to the meat selection or flavors. The atmosphere and bar were top notch. A great place to relax and eat good food.

This place is great. We worked with Margaux on a private event in October for about 50 people and can't say enough great things about our experience. We loved the food and decor, our guests felt welcome and had a blast and the staff was super accommodating of some last-minute requests. I would definitely recommend this venue for a casual, hip private event. The main bar/dining area was also great. We spent some time in there after the event, and thing were winding down for the evening, but the vibe in there was still great and the bartenders mixed some awesome cocktails. Hope to be back soon.

Very cool place for a casual drink, some good BBQ food or to just sit, sip and chat. The decor inside is extremely cool. The atmosphere is perfect for sitting in groups and chatting the day away over some fabulous beer or whiskey. The bar staff are great and really helped with the selection as there is a huge variety of beer. The food looks great but I have to say I was slightly let down by the beef ribs as they were waaaaayyyy too fatty but apart from that the food was really good bbq and its very fresh. The views into the kitchen really give a great insight into how its all prepped and cooked. All in all a great experience and a place well worth visiting.

The beer selection is not the best (during my visit anyway), but this is definitely a hidden gem with a great selection of cocktails. On the food end, the BBQ menu is fantastic. Definitely worth a visit and a return. Try the Heavy Landed cocktail, it will be a pleasant surprise.

Great beer selection (of course), a large selection of whisky and bourbon, and pretty good bbq. A little hard to grab a seat inside when it's busy, but if you don't mind standing, they have a really nice open area in the brewery out back. 3 stars for the food alone, but bumping to 4 because of the beer selection and the space.

Really awesome spot to grab some custom locally brewed beer and bbq! The interiors were really nice! They have picnic style seating so you can fit in really large groups! They have an outdoor space in the delivery area where there is a bar as well!
They also make cocktails, which is pretty good as well!
The staff are really nice, and relatively quick to serve you!
Pro-tip: If there is a long line at the bar and all you want is a beer, they have 3 beers available for purchase at the food area!

This place is a little expensive....but it's worth it! I had the smoked ham, baked beans and macaroni salad and all three blew me away! Their porter was very good too. The bartenders ignored me for about five minutes even tho the place wasn't busy and all they were doing is socializing and cleaning and that's the only reason I didn't give this place five stars. I'll be back for more of the good beer and amazing food...I'll just order my beer from the food counter rather than the bar next time.
