Zona Rosa

Formerly called Zona Rosa Taqueria now it has a new name & new owner, thats what the guy who made my super quesadilla told me. Got me the salsa verde chicken, the guy told me it would be spicy, & yes it was! but you can tolerate the spiciness, its not super hot yet its got a kick when you taste it! The Salsas are amazing! Really friendly staff too! Going to be heading back next time to try the rest of the menu! Don’t know if they charge for the chips but the guy asked me if i wanted them. In total it came out to $11! Really good deal if you ask me! Highly recommend this place to everybody! Really clean place, they have lots of tables to eat if you decide to eat their. On the other hand parking around this taqueria is kind of a pain in the neck but it’ll be worth your trip!

Decent little Mexican spot on Haight Street with the standard fare. I had a super burrito with chicken and all the works. The meat was good but the guacamole seemed almost watery. The burrito was also heavy on rice and beans but light on meat. Burritos are also a little pricey for what you get. Overall a bit pricey and not the cleanest spot but the burrito was a good size and came with a small serving of chips.

Walked in for the first time today and was impressed by giant replicas of heads of gods hung on the wall. The menu wasn't overwhelming; the options are familiar. The prices are low by San Francisco standards and the portions are huge! The 13 year old boy who was cashiering was polite and soft-spoken. He told my family to sit down to relax. He offered to take our food to us when it was ready. Everything we ordered was delicious. The food was so filling, we took home half of our order.
