So damn good. One of the yummiest desserts I’ve ever had!! I loved the shaved ice/ice cream combo. It still had heaps of flavour but a lighter consistency. I had the the valencia and added toasted marshmallows 👌

Fun! I'm easily impressed by new ways to eat dessert so it made me happy. Went with a group of friends and we all thought the flavors were only okay but the texture was so exciting! It's like eating lightly flavored cold air...but it was pretty good. A confusing feeling. The mexican chocolate was the richest but I appreciated the almonds crunch on the horchata. Get the mochi balls those looked like the best topping!

Absolutely delicious shaved snow (which is different from shaved ice). If you don't know the difference, you got to try it. It just tastes so much better. The staff were very friendly. And most importantly, there's so many different flavors and toppings to choose from, so we have to go back again and again.

Fun, unique, Shave Ice hole-in-the-wall kinda place.
They use cylinders of pre-flavored ice to choose from. Then pick your toppings, similar to typical yogurt/ ice cream toppings rather than just the typical fruity syrups. Tasty, lite...

We tried Guava with toasted marshmallows and Strawberry powder with chocolate glaze and loved both flavors!
Recommend for the texture, taste and amount of sweetness in the ice creams.
This is our new favorite, replacing Ghirardelli ice cream!

Delicious!! It’s nothing like what you expect. I’m not a huge ice cream eater but love shave ice and this is a cross between the two. It’s light and fluffy and full of flavor. Loved the black sesame with condensed milk on top. My son had strawberry. Soooo good!! Highly recommend to try this spot.

Super fire snow ice!!🧊 Got a waffle cone topped with fruit pebbles. Really great way to end the night especially if you’re craving something sweet but not as calorie heavy as ice cream or cake. The flavored snow really feels like powder the way it melts. Kinda busy when I went but worth the wait!

Creamy authentic Taiwanese Snow Ice. Light, cool and you select toppings. A large can be shared by two (date!) They’re Earth friendly too with bio cups and spoons.
They have cozy outdoor seating to soak in the sky as you eat clouds of flavor.
I had Horchata with a hint of cinnamon, topped off with strawberries 🍓 as a tribute (and hint) for strawberry horchata flavor snow. My wife got Vietnamese coffee with very fresh mocha. If you don’t like the line at Salt & Straw, try this out.

How I love shaved ice cream! It is deceivingly light and feathery but packed with so much flavor! My go-to is the black sesame with cream. I’m drooling just thinking about it. Another favorite is cereal milk with fruity pebbles. A Kid’s fantasy! It is a tiny shop so be prepared for a line if it’s hot out. Or just get one when it’s freezing like I do.

This place is no ordinary shaved ice--their quality is much higher. We ordered half-half of cereal snow+banana coconut, and mango topped with milk glaze and mochi (both pictured).
