Arinell Pizza is one of the only places in San Francisco that serves authentic New York style thin crust pizza. It is by far my favorite pizza place in the city. The service Is superb and the the pizza unbeatable. When it comes to The price I have nothing to say as I would probably pay double the amount other places charge happily!

Do not get extra cheese, here.
I usually order with extra cheese, in California, because otherwise it often feels like a tomato pie. Arinell gave me a pie with so much cheese I almost dropped the box, it was so heavy. Seriously, it is too much. Go with the standard, NY style cheese pie.

Man oh man, what a hidden gem! Never would have thought the pizza was good just from looking at the joint from the outside. Pizza was absolutely delicious, right crust, right cheese, and perfect sauce. Gentlemen working was incredibly nice and was from Asheville SC, close to our neck of the woods. Would absolutely come again, closest thing to NY pizza I’ve had in a while.

Best New York style pizza outside of New York. My suggestion is to get a slice for yourself. We had a big group so we opted for a fresh pie but it took maybe 30 minutes. They don’t give plates here, everything comes with wax paper so def a hole in the wall type spot. It’s late night so you’ll usually see folks posting up for a late night snack. Cash only!

Quick, cheap, tasty NY style pizza. I was super hungry so got one slice of Sicilian and one of regular. Regular thin crust has equal thickness of crust and cheese, and floppy other than at the edges where it gets crispy. Sicilian is thick and doughy and has more cheese. I prefer the Sicilian. I didn’t notice much flavour in the sauce but it does a good job of binding the dough and cheese together. Staff serve you quickly and are not overly friendly. Worth grabbing a slice if you are in the area and want NY style pizza or only have $4 to spend, but probably not worth going far out of your way for.

Great spot for a no BS slice. They’re not there to be your best friend, they’re there to give you your pizza.
Got a normal slice and a Sicilian - I inhaled the Sicilian before I remembered to take a picture. Cheese, sauce and dough were quality, I’ll be back.
Solid 4/5 because it doesn’t pretend to be anything other than what it is. Great value for price.

Fast and friendly service, affordable prices, juicy pizza - you can choose a thin crust or a deep dish option. Cheese, oregano, chilli flakes are provided to season as you wish. Tried the cheese with jalapenos and a pepperoni, both thin crust. Both were delicious and left us wanting for more!
The place is not for a relaxed sit down meal but more suited for a quick bite and getting a couple of slices to go.

Had a slice of the cheese pizza just off the over. It was Neapolitan style and fabulous. Not too greasy. Not too cheesy. Just right.
