Really good ice cream! The place can be super busy sometimes though with a line out the door. Also it ain't cheap but sometimes it's good to treat yourself and splurge a bit.

Came here to write a bad review but I see the company has taken the appropriate action and has fired the employee that's been all over social media. 5 stars for doing the right thing and getting rid of that employee.

The location is great... smack in the middle of the Haight. The service was excellent and the team went above and beyond to help my wife find a T-shirt she liked, and this isn't even saying how amazing the ice cream is, but we already know this!

This Ben & Jerry’s is really just a tourist attraction now, so keep that in mind going here. Really, I just love their ice cream and their sociopolitical stance. I don’t love Unilever, but you can’t win them all.

Personally I am allergic to dairy, so that means when it comes to ice cream places they usually don't have any ice cream I can eat, and if they do it's usually some weird tasting fruit flavor. But at Ben & Jerry's they have some dairy free ice cream that is extremely delightful. Only downfall of this place is that it is kinda pricey.

If you're in the Haight, you really HAVE to stop in here, right at the famous corner of Haight & Ashbury. There's gonna be a line, and you'll struggle with the desire to get every variety in the store, but that's all part of the fun!

They have 2 non-dairy options as well as some sorbet. The ice cream is good and the people watching is great. 4 stars for ice cream, minus one star for not being the most organized location. But the service was great!

I live about 45 min outside of the city so this has only been my second or maybe third time at this location. I'll tell you what though, I can't say I've ever had such fantastic customer service. I ordered an ice cream cake on a Thursday for the following Tuesday but there was some sort of miscommunication or mistake and the cake was only half made and forgotten about by the Tuesday I came in to pick it up. The supervisor was very sorry and called the manager who spoke with me while she was off work. She was also very apologetic and gave us many pints of non-dairy ice cream (my wife and I are vegan and ordered a vegan ice cream cake) for free. I was a little bummed when they said the cake wasn't finished but it really wasn't the end of the world to me. I figured I'd just purchase 2 pints and call it good - my wife and I are not picky about these things and understand mistakes happen. But even while I was clear that I wasn't much upset, all the staff there went well above and beyond and made my wife's birthday one to remember.
