Delighting my way through Prubechu’s menu with each visit. Delicious takes on traditional dishes or added freshness to American favorites with Chamorro spicing. Memorable food from an accomplished kitchen. Kind and knowledgeable service. Lovely atmosphere. A gem at 18th and Mission with indoor and outdoor seating ample with leafy plants and fabrics that evoke Guam. I could mention the eggplant dish or the grits or anything really because nothing disappoints. Clear favorite.

Every single dish we tried was phenomenal (chicken kelaguen with coconut titiyas, roasted yams, shrimp and grits, and the pika tamales). I kept thinking whatever I was eating was definitely my favorite of all, until I tried the next thing. Cozy and delightful covered patio space. Excellent service. Can’t wait to go back.

This was our first time here. Lunch on a Saturday was not busy, we were asked about allergies but our party had none so cannot speak to how they handle it. Music a bit loud but I'm an old cranky guy with hearing problems so others may be fine. A bit pricey for lunch ($350 for four with dessert and 20% tip but no alcohol). Everyone enjoyed the meal. Food above average, our servers were attentive and helpful with detailed discussions comparing the different choices and helping us choose based on our preferences. Would go back.

This was my first time having Guam food! The staff were very friendly and more than happy to talk about their background. There's a nice covered outdoor seating area with cute plants and there was live music when I went. I very much enjoyed the food as well. I got the Tinaktak (coconut beef, green beans, and noodles), Lechen Birenghenas (BBQ eggplant), and Crispy pork belly (was a little tough to chew). all were very flavorful and a bit on the heavier side.

The Guam with a view cocktail was refreshing. The cassava in coconut milk was excellent. The yams are good but def not worth the price - skip it. The noodles are excellent and filling. Service was solid and accommodating of dietary restrictions

Guamian to the core. Superb food and exceedingly attentive service. We had the table option where the chef selects your courses and it did not disappoint.

Prubechu is a must-visit, especially if you're like me and come from somewhere where there aren't any options for Chamorro cuisine. The pork belly is amazing, and the bread just might be the best bread I've ever eaten.

Delicious chamorro food that reminded me of home. The shrimp keleguin was cherry. Highly recommend stopping by and supporting them.

Food of Guam!! The food was really tasty and unique. There was a hint of coconut in everything. The beef Tanaktak bowl was very tasty, but expensive for the portion size. I loved the food, and the drink menu looked really tempting too.

The vibe here is amazing! Nice light music accompanying the lunch on the cute patio. I have never tried this cuisine before, but both dishes surprised me a lot! The shrimp and grits has an incredibly deep savory flavor. The shrimps were perfectly grilled and not over cooked. The crispy pork belly was so well done, and truly great texture. Will definitely come back!
