Our server Pat was great, he has a really calm personality. After just getting off the plane Bloom55 was just what I needed.
The service was great, Pat met all our needs and was very kind and attentive. The food was very good as well, I had the pepperoni flatbread and was pleasantly surprised at how flavorful it was, we also enjoyed the fish tacos, they were very light and soooo good.

My friend was staying in the hotel, my son and I went down to see him and have some food. We had the burger and he had the grilled cheese. Our server Stuart, a Scottish guy was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. He shared some funny stories about his recent trip back to Scotland, very funny guy with a great sense of humor. The burger were solid and came out timely and on a hot plate. If I had one minor gripe it'd be that the grilled cheese came out on a cold plate. When I asked our server about that he said that he'd asked the salad chef, where the sandwich is made many times, to get a hot plate from the hot line and place the sandwich on that. Somebody from the kitchen needs to listen to this guy. Overall we had a wonderful Sunday evening.

Dinner at Cable 55. Upon out arrival we sat in Pat's (waiter) station. He greeted us professionally and personally. Making us feel welcome and appreciated for coming in. Everything was taken care of. Salad to share. Then 2 fish taco plates. The tacos were quality and a great blend of what I would call a traditional fish taco. The corn tortillas stuck together. Tortillas should be able to lift from each other. But it didn't matter because everything was fresh and prepared with care. We will be back.

During my stay at Parc 55 Hilton, I was delighted to attend this gem of an establishment during my stay. It was conveniently located just a few steps from the reception desk. Upon entry the staff was very friendly and the ambiance was cutely decorated with floral designs. You’d think you were in France 🇫🇷 or some other posh destination in Europe.
I ordered fish taco and wings. The wings were good and as expected. The fish tacos exceeded my expectation in every way. I even went back on a second day for more fish tacos. Totally not my norm so you know it had to be GOOD! 🔥

Lloyd was an amazing breakfast host on the am of 28July2023. He provided attentive and thorough service. It was a pleasure to dine in Lloyd’s section on this morning for breakfast.

The food is incredible! My wife and I spent a few weeks in the area and at the hotel and had the opportunity to try most of the menu. Everything was amazing!
Tony and Stuart are true professionals and made us feel at home from day 1.
We look forward to visiting again soon!

A nice atmosphere with a good view of Market street (@ 5th.) The hotel is attractive and good to go after shopping, errands or biz downtown. We ordered "mud slides"... they were $20 each which I thought was high. Parc 55
