Really amazing sushi. The sashimi was very fresh and the rolls super tasty. Service was also very good.
Also, the place has a BYOB policy and Safeway and Trader Joe's are across the street, making the offering very appealing.

I got the chirashi which had a good amount of really fresh fish that one would expect in a chirashi bowl. The rice tasted a little older but was still good. Wasn't a fan of the tamago here. Service was quick and courteous. If you are in the area and looking for sushi, this is a worthwhile choice.

The vegetable tempura and the combination plate that came with the spicy tuna roll and the California roll were both really good. FYI, we wanted to order sake but they didn't sell alcohol, but it is BYOB.👍

I went here every weekend over the summer 2010, when I was working San Francisco. The $10 lunch special is an awesome Sunday afternoon meal, and they're always quick.

After battling crowds on the pier and being told at every restaurant that the wait is 30 minutes to an hour, we gave up and tried to find something else. This was a great find, the hostess was courteous (so rare in San Fran!) and extremely efficient. We had dinner served in 10 minutes and it was delicious. Sashimi especially. Thank you again!

I've got to say, this was honestly one of the highlights of my Sam Francisco vacation. Best sukiyaki I've ever had. Screw that, best dinner I've ever had. Fabulous service, beautiful presentation, wonderful taste, and an overall great atmosphere. I loved it, and if I could go back, I would.
